Reviewed By Gaurav_Rana_1102My sincere advise to you all. 1. Don’t do hotel bookings from Booking.com 2. DO NOT book room in HOTEL RAINBOW rather get a better deal to opposite Hotel ELITE. Why am I saying this, please read my pathetic experience and find out. I prefer to cal it act of cheating from Hotel Rainbow and website/App Booking.com Both entities together cheating customer and declaiming it as Local Hotel Rules. I booked the room in Hotel Rainbow with complementary breakfast via Booking.com and requested for early Check-in. Hotel accepted my request for early check-in. I checked in at 0700am and checked out at 1530hrs. I have been charged for whole day and I have no issues with that. I paid 2462/- including taxes for 08.30 hours. I am fine with that. This charges included the Complementary breakfast and I ordered for complementary breakfast at 0800hrs, for which, to my surprise, I have been charged 526/- stating that I should eat my breakfast next day in morning. Despite the fact that I paid for complementary breakfast and stayed for 1/3 time. Receptionist (Name Mr. Upendra) acted as if police officer and didn’t bothered to listen. In Hospitality industry, this is worst experience which I had. I was forced to pay twice for same service. I just hope, my feedback may save someone before he/she get fooled by this.

Stay at Hotel Samrat
Reviewed By Reji VThis is the second time we had booked in an OYO hotel and we will never do again. We booked for 5 days in Nov-21, arrived well past midnight. The front door was locked, we called the number written at the gate and the reception guy opened the gate. The room was not worthy of been called a room in the first place. Broken cupboard, yellow strained sheets, dusty floor and broken front door. The bathroom closet and washbasin looked horrible. The reception guy told us that they are doing some modifications, however this is not an excuse. We had no choice but to spent the night. We left early morning and checked into Radission nearby. We had same experience with OYO sometime back.

Reviewed By Punit GIt was a great stay at the property. The staff is nice and helpful, food is like homely fresh food as we need because we travel a lot and miss that freshness and less oily food. They have the flavours. More over its a calm place to stay in Indirapuram region.

However the service needs to be improved,since any request from the room takes more than 10-15 minutes even for towel. Also,there is no lift currently at the hotel so it might be a problem for some people. The overall ambience us okay.

Reviewed By Dependra1this hotel is good by location and connectivity point of view . other than this all things are worse. highlight of hotel 1. very old property and very badly maintained. 2. toilets are not good. 3. room service are pathetic even i called reception for water bottle but after 1 hour also they have not given finally i got it from market out side. 4. they dont have any restaurant in hotel . 5. they are serving food in rooms food is good but delivery of food is very slow. 6. price also they are taking decent but as per as price they are not giving facilty i suggest not stay in this hotel
