Good FoodAverage service Nasty menâs bathroom with urine around every urinalThe staff was warm, friendly and helpful however they lack focus and attention to details. For example my entree was served not as I had requested. I never got a refill on my tea the entire meal. The soup, salad and breadsticks were excellent The menâs bathroom was filthy with urine all over the floor around every urinal. The trash can was overflowing with dirty paper towels Overall I was not impressed as I know with attention to detail they could offer a great customer service experience

Four of us went for dinner and shared a large vegetarian pizza. The vegetables were all fresh and delicious. The sauce was tasty, the crust was delicious, and there was plenty of mozzarella cheese! A nice addition was the add your own oregano jar along with the usual Parmesan, and red pepper jars. The servers were very attentive as well and we didn't have to wait very long for our fresh pizza even on a relatively busy night.

We were in town for a concert and this restaurant was next to the infinity center. The garlic knots are great! Both dishes we ordered were prepared quickly and tasted great. Pasta dish for my wife and a small pizza for me. Good service and the wait was not too long considering all the folks in town for the concert.

We finally drove OTP (through a thunderstorm) to try the famous Grandma Pie (with meatballs added) and the amazing Tony Pepperoni (LOVED the sauce!). Pie's are large, cooked wonderfully and service was friendly. Paired with a nice Peroni on tap and we were glad we made the trip!

Service is top notch. Very friendly staff. Decor could be updated and the air was kind of stale. Loved the complimentary bread and sauce. Caesar salad dressing was not good. Very tart and too creamy. Tasted jarred. Chicken Francese and veal piccata were wonderful. Alfredo sauce was not good. Lacked seasoning and was too thick. Almost like it broke. Bolognese was pretty good. Overall this place was good and we would return.

This is an authentic Italian restaurant. They have a variety of food choices at affordable prices. Place is decent with mostly classy people. Staffs are attentive to your needs and very knowledgeable about the menu. Drinks are mostly wine, but they also serve mixed drinks. Name it they have it! A must see place for all!

From the moment we walked in you could feel the energy. Yes, there was some noise but we were able to talk and hear without effort. Service, service, service! We were greeted, brought drinks immediately and then everything was timed out great. Got to get the meatballs, very delicious. I was confident was I went with the clams/linguini which I'm cautious to order but it was spot on! It is a comfortable place with great food and great service. It's not cheap but hey, you get what you pay for.

Lucianoâs Ristorante Italiano is a venerable institution that proudly serves family-style creations inspired by the rich traditions of Naples, the regions of Emilia-Romagna and Northern Italy. Warm, rustic interiors that celebrate an open and inviting amb
This is a wannabe, white tablecloth, Italian restaurant. Went for a first time visit - recommended dress is casual-formal and yet 1/3rd of the customers looked like they just finished mowing their lawn, coming in shorts and sandals. The bar had a TV that showed a football game - hardly what one would expect in a white tablecloth establishment. The noise from the bar patrons was also excessive and negated any possible high end, white tablecloth effect the restaurant might have been trying to present.Tables are very close together, less than a foot apart, so much so that you have not choice but to hear every conversation within two yards from you, even while the neighboring tables are speaking in a normal volume. The food is good but more like pretend Northern Italian; some chef tried to take Italian specialties and put his onw little spin on them so much so that they are not fully recognizable to you if you are familiar with them. For example the tortelloni had a spinach-cheese filling and would have been good except ⦠walnuts was a side dressing and the oily butter dressing was so excessive that it was hard to finish the toretlloni because of the after taste. Wait staff is attentive until there are other tables, then one begins to wonder where they go, and the bus staff and management are too much so, bothering the tables while they are in the middle of conversation to constantly ask if everything is okay. Frankly it wasn't and this place is not worth your visit, and here is why:- Service is barely acceptable but not close to white tablecloth standards and certainly not to the price levels- Prices are exorbitant for a northern suburb and definitely for any Italian food (antipasti for $21? Are you kidding?). And who wants to pay $8 to $12 for a glass of wine at any establishment?Do yourself a favor; try one of the many other Italian restaurant options that do not try to pretend to be a white tablecloth restaurant, that serve good food at reasonable prices and are in the same geographic area. You'll be much happier than coming here. My party certainly won't be back. Ever.Hello, we're so disappointed to see your recent experience did not meet your expectations. Warm, family-run eatery offering large plates of traditional Italian and Mediterranean fare, plus a bar & patio.
This family used to have a restaurant in Roswell. I think they own a small chain now. Sugo has some innovative items on the menu. My husband had the beet salad which was tasty but could have used more beets. He also had the barramundi (fish dish of the day) which was fresh and nicely prepared with quid ink pasta. I had the scallops piccata which came with house made pasta. I would definitely order this again but if you have a healthy appetite three scallops is a skimpy serving. Service by Noah was excellent. Be sure to get the bread which is sprinkled with parmesan.Julie,Thank you for joining us at Sugo and for sharing some feedback about your experience.
