My husband and I went on a double date yesterday and this was our friends first time eating at an Applebee's ever. (The wait was 30 mins, got there at 7:30 and sat at 8, but that was no biggie.) Our waitress came out and took our drink order. Our men's first drinks came out with no problem. We gave our appetizer choice bc the other couple wasn't sure if their order. They also asked for another drink at this time. 10 mins pass and she finally comes to take our food order and when My husband ordered a salad she made a big deal about the price and rolled her eyes after he said that was fine bc he wanted to order it anyway and he was paying for it. Our apps come out about another 10 mins later and then we sat and waited until 9 to get our food. At this point the men hadn't received their 2nd drinks, all of our food was cooked wrong, my sides tasted like dish water had been used to make them, and when we brought it up our waitress gave us a huge attitude again. We talked to the manager but he seemed more irritated at us than anything. They sent the food back but I accepted mine and just felt with it. I ate my steak but didn't eat the sides. My husband never got his salad and the men still didn't have any drinks. By 9:30 the second set of food came out and again they were all cooked wrong. We left and went to Locos where we had excellent service, perfectly cooked food, and a waitress with a fun and spunky attitude. We get very welcome. She was left a $20 tip from each. We will never return to Applebee's again. Period. You've been warned.

I've been to a lot of restaurants but this one of the worst. I doubt they've ever seen a recipe for Oysters Rockefeller as mine didn't resemble any I've experienced before. The restaurant is divided into smoking and non-smoking, separated by a glass panel and doors. I'm not sure why they even bother as the servers are constantly going back and forth between the two which results in a smokey area regardless of where you are. Service was very slow. The food pitiful. The server was pleasant but inattentive. I honestly cannot think of a reason to return.

How do you not have Skillet Queso available on Cinco de Mayo? If you don't know then you are in the same boat as me as I couldn't understand why either. Refills were very slow. I ordered beef enchiladas without corn & black bean salsa but this request not to have the salsa was ignored. The empty spaces next to me at the bar when I sat down had not been bussed clean. I didn't get a napkin with my meal--I had to borrow a semi-used one from one of the unbussed stacks of dinnerware next to me at the bar. Also, after the spaces next to me were finally cleaned off a couple of off duty Chili's waitresses sat next to me and managed to keep essentially the entire on duty staff busy with special demands the whole time I was there, completely to the detriment of other customers like me. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this experience. I do not see dining here again in my future. Two thumbs way, way, way down. Steer clear of here--there are plenty of better dining options in this area.
