This is a cool relaxed spot to get local brew and some Asian fusian cuisine. I was surprised to find this combination. It is not often you come across a brewery or brewpub where you can get food inspired by Indonesia and other Asian countries. My girlfriend and I tried some new things including the house brews. We also talked to some interesting people. I look forward to returning. Good food, good brew and great company!

It feels like I am in Japan when I eat here. The menu is huge and they have so many of my favorites I cannot find other places - things like shishamo, jellyfish, skate wing, spicy ovaries, beef tongue, ikanatto, yamaimo, duck, conch, pork belly - the list goes on and on. The one misstep this time was the chicken skin - too over cooked and couldn't eat it. The service is hectic/efficient more than friendly. They have so many sakes and other drinks, too. It is, indeed, more of a pub than just a restaurant. I already cannot wait to return.

Very entertaining, great service, comfortable setting, ok sushi. Skip the fried shrimp because of grease and too much breading. Parking is at the door in a shared public lot. Before you are seated, consider where the kitchen is located and choose a table so you are first to choose off the conveyor belt. We were about half-way along the belt and many things had already been taken when it got to us. Not to worry, though. There is a touch screen where you can order to your heart's content and the kitchen will prepare and send directly to your table on an upper conveyor belt. It's worth a visit to enjoy the 'new' system. It's a festive atmosphere and the people working there were very helpful.

We loved this place! First, very entertaining and amazing. Second, very affordable. We are till we were stuffed and still spent less than $13/ea. Next time weâre back in time, weâre definitely coming back! Everything is perfect and meet all our expectations.
They had just opened and I had been there my second time when the waitress asked, Pinot Grigio? I was amazed that she remembered me and my wine because they had a pretty steady amount of business prior to their grand opening. The grand opening was packed and they did an amazing job. The owners and management are engaged and extremely welcoming, another huge plus! The other point to mention is that for a new restaurant in our area, they actually had their liquor license on time and have never been out of anything the three times I have been there! That speaks to the management and staff of Fudo. Even when busy, they are on point with checking on you, refilling waters and asking what else you need. They are clearly well-trained and there is never a feeling of chaos for such a new restaurant that is larger than it appears. Pricing, servings and pours are fair and there is a nice variety of all. The sushi roll menu is large and amazing. The only thing keeping me from a five-star rating is that they donât have a sashimi menu. You can order it, it is very fresh and delightful but there are no pricing or quantities to choose from. On my first visit I made the mistake of selecting three choices without the menu availability assuming Iâd be in the $18-20 range. I was shocked when my bill was $30! We have restaurants that specialize in sashimi that I would choose to go to for less. However! This is a must for a fun, friendly and casual neighborhood experience (that many can walk to) for for great rolls and apps. Oh and oddly enough you must order the brussel sprouts!
