Reviews on Pub food in Columbus, Georgia, United States. This bustling riverfront town offers good old-fashioned Southern hospitality, old-world charm and a treasure trove of discoveries for Civil War buffs. To really get the feel of another era, stroll through the National Historic District, a 28-block stretch of restored Victorian homes, gardens and gazebos, and tour the house museums in Heritage Corner. Situated on the Chattahoochee River, Columbus offers a mixture of old and new with the lovely 12-mile Columbus Riverwalk, which includes the Chattahoochee Promenade, a walking tour of historical markers. A chief supplier for the Confederate Army, the town's Civil War history is on display in myriad museums and historic sites like Port Columbus Civil War Naval Center, which contains some of the Civil War's most important artifacts. But it's not all just war memorabilia: Columbus boasts a rich cultural side, with opera, symphony and a performing arts center. And for family fun, head to the Coca-Cola Space Museum for a simulated flight and a look at the first Coke machine used in outer space.

Training may be the key to improving this restaurant, mixed with some very strong cleaning agent for the hallway and bathroom. Hostess staff seemed ill equipped to process and seat customers. The food was unoriginal and lukewarm. There are too many other options in this area of town.

Located in North Columbus, Mark's City Grill prides itself on serving uniquely pleasing dishes with extraordinary flavor. Some choose our meatloaf, mashed potatoes with a side of green beans or the newest addition to our burger family - the Buffalo Burger
From shrimp and grits to great steaks and everything in between. This place has reinvented classic food and made it even better. The steak melts in your mouth and the green beans and swoon worthy. The cheese bread appetizer is a flavor burst and the peanut butter pie is out of this world.

Went here after a military graduation and it was a sweet experience. The beers were wonderful, the staff motivated and cool. Great dive to hang out in, not very Irish (I am 100% Irish) but it was a comfortable place to talk and relax.
