A really good Chinese/American buffet. Pretty much had all of the same fare found at every buffet you have ever been to, but one big exception. It was CLEAN AND STOCKED. That makes a great difference to me. Food is better if food is presented like the chef is proud of it. Did have a nice Hibachi and Sushi. Crab legs too, but at an extra cost if interested. Lunch buffet was an excellent price. I always save a few dollars by getting water andf lemon. This is my new go to spot for this type if food. We'll worth it.

I have tried this restaurant several times and am always happy with the excellent service and quality of food.Their hibachi style dishes are cooked in the kitchen instead of in front of you. Veggies are cooked perfectly, as is seafood/meat. The soup is excellent. The only downside is that they refrigerate their red wines...Service is friendly and quick. It is a sure bet for a great meal in Hinesville.
I was excited to have this restaurant option in Hinesville, until I went there, twice just to be sure. I ordered the hibachi steak and shrimp which was reasonably priced at less than $10. The first trip the steak was cooked to death and anything but tender and chewable. Second chance trip was just the same, even with a different cook. They don't offer you a choice of how you want it cooked, like rare, medium, etc. Over cooked and tough is all you get, which is what my dogs got after I gave it to them. Kyoto has much better quality but you pay for it.
They have the best sushi in Hinesville (which isn't saying much--this town is horrible) and I especially like their udon noodles. It's hard to find those anywhere else. They gave a lady a hard time who was coming in to place a take out order--her little girl needed to use the restroom and the lady taking the order said she couldn't just walk in and use the restroom--she had to be a paying customer (which she was). I don't know if it was a language barrier or what, but it was incredibly rude.
