Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes creates an all-you-care-to-eat dining experience with a daily selection of made-from-scratch soups and salads and hand-crafted muffins, focaccia, breads and tasty desserts.
With one glaring exception, this was a typical Sweet Tomatoes facility, Food and Pricereally good, but my lower than normal mark is driven by the fact that both the Ladies and Men's Rest Rooms were terrible. Trash cans over flowing to the point that used paper towels littered the floors, and secondly the tables were not being cleared, with the table opposite to where we were seated had (by actual count) 8 trays and all of the dishes and silverware associated with them piled there and were never moved. Not very conducive to assuring an appetizing luncheon.Management attention needed.

Jason's Deli is about a mile west of I-75 and Barrett Parkway. They offer a wide selection of sandwiches, wraps and paninis, plus a salad bar. I stopped in for soup and salad. My tomato-basil soup was hot, but tasted mostly of tomatoes (where was the basil?). I moved on to the salad bar, which offered the usual: fresh greens, tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, cukes, grated cheese, fresh fruit slices and several prepared salads (macaroni, potato and bean/corn). There were a half-dozen generic dressings. The greens/veggies were abundant and fresh, and the salad bar area was clean (no spills/dribbles). However, I was disappointed with the prepared salads, which tasted bland. The pickles were good (crisp). I remember the food being better at this Jason's Deli in the past (or maybe I visited on an "off" day). Considering the prices, I expected better. There are other salad/soup/sandwich restaurants in the area. Whole Foods hot food/salad bar is about 1/2 mile further west on Barrett Parkway (a salad bar to be admired!).

Excellent food. I've so missed good Vietnamese food in this area and was thrilled from my first visit through the dozen or more since. Their Pho is exquisite, salads (with apple/mango/etc.) just delicious and the grilled grape leaves divine. Great, attentive service as well. Check it out.

I think Iâve been to all of the restaurants this group owns and Iâve never been disappointed. Always busy, of course, but still very friendly with seating and service fast and efficient. The manager on duty was on the floor, going from table to table asking if everything was cooked to order. No one had any complaints. I am not a big seafood eater, so I was pleasantly surprised that the restaurant didnât really smell like a giant seafood place typically smells.... the food was good, everyone left satisfied.
