We came up to what looked like a long line of customers waiting outside. Ugh! BUT the line moved surprisingly fast and we were in shortly. The service was fast and friendly, too!The food excellent and fresh tasting! We had a variety of dishes and everyone was happy with their order. We will return.

try Buffalo's. Parking is convenient, and the service has always been good. The three times we've been for dinner on the weekend, we've noticed it's not very crowded. That sends a negative message, but, again, the service has always been good. With a more limited menu than most other places, you can still find something you'll like. I have found the pulled-pork sandwich topped with cole slaw is tasty. The atmosphere is a fun barn style. To provide some entertaining distractions, there are flat screens and country music tracks which are a mix covering the 80's forward.

First I'd like to say I am a huge lover of Chili's. I've eaten at this location a couple of times and have always had great food and service.. Here is were it all went bad. I realize it was at noon on a Sunday and they were busy, but we've been there when it's been busier. The service was horrible. Everyone was polite, but we waited over an hour for alll you can eat soup & salad. Finally after getting the manager we got our food. Our server came by twice and never really checked on our food. The food was fine, but after all the frustration I'd lost my appetite and felt the servings were skimpy. The manager did comp us fifty percent, but I just wanted good food, good service, and a reasonable wait time.Richard, we wanted to reach out to you about your review. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the service and the food during your recent visit. We're glad to hear that management made an attempt to make it right while you were there, but if you'd like to provide any additional details about your visit, you're more than welcome to reach out to us at 1-800-983-4637. Thanks!
