The food is still great. Hot & Sour soup still the best in town although a bit tamer. Can liven it yourself. Entre huge & well prepared. Still clean, spotless kitchen but only downside is everything, glasses, plates & utensils are styrofoam. Labor shortage? Whatever, it just cheapens the atatmosphere.

The Eastern Noodle on Cypress Mill Road in Brunswick offers an interesting menu will several types of noodles (and rice) in different combinations. The food is okay. The challenge is for the first time visitor. Yes, the restaurant did appear to have several customers who were "regulars," or who had at least been there before. I wouldn't call the lady at the front counter "the noodle Nazi," but she is not the most accommodating person to first time customers. I was told, if you want to know what it is, look at the picture on the wall. When I ordered undon noodles with steak, Singapore style, I was told that it was spicey and that I might not be able to handle the curry. I appreciated the description, but assured her that I wanted the dish. The dish was good, and not too hot. The steak was a bit overcooked and chewy, but the sauce was nice. Several of the other dishes on the menu looked inviting. There is not another place exactly like this in Brunswick. I do not think that the lady taking orders at the counter is rude. I think her cultural background has a different model of customer service than Americans have. She conversed pleasantly with several customers and asked me how I enjoyed the dish after I began eating it. I think Eastern Noodle is worth a visit.

We always get one entre' and an extra order of veggies plus 2 Sweet Teas. But, this time, we tried to order Steamed Onions instead of veggies, because that is my favorite dish, but to no avail. I was told the squash, zuchini (sp.) and onions came as on dish & they could not separate them. Anyway I only wanted the onions, but could not get them seperate,.........Bummer !! But, we like the food, so will visit again.

That delicious Vietnamese noodle soup called Pho is a dish that many relish. There are at least three establishments in the Golden Isles area the specialize in this dish. The Pho served at Pho # 1 is definitely good, but it is not the best. There is a depth of flavor in the broth that is missing. But if you do order Pho here you will be satisfied. I ordered the beef Pho. The soup had ample rice noodles, thin sliced beef, scallions, and onions. Bean sprouts and cilantro were served on a separate plate for adding to the soup. I was satisfied with my lunch. If you try the food here, you will at least be satisfied with your food and with the service.

Had lunch at Sumo's with my wife and a good friend. I had the shrimp and chicken bowl, friend had shrimp & steak, and my wife had fried rice and a spring roll. All excellent! Topped off with a cold Sapporo beer!
This place is legit Korean. People who work there are super nice. Service can be a little slow, but everything is cooked fresh and very flavorful. Huge portions. Only reason I donât give 5 stars is because itâs a little pricey, even though portions are large. Was $28 for sliced pork dish

Have eaten here before and gave a good review. Went back for lunch recently and was once again blown away by the whole experience. Friendly greeting coming in the door. Minutes after being seated you are treated to a complimentary House Roll....a melt in your mouth kind of roll. Wide variety of classic rolls and plenty of Fancy Q originals. For non-sushi folks the Hibachi is fantastic.Just an all-around excellent place for lunch or dinner without breaking the bank.

First off, the owner and his staff are really great. Very attentive and is really interested in how the food taste and if we were enjoying our meal. The restaurant doesn't look like the place you would go to to buy anything, especially a meal. But let me tell you, don't judge a book....... This place is good. The owner cares and cooks your meal while he tries to talk to you. It's not easy to understand him but it's kinda fun. I ordered the Gui Cum (?), then I ordered the soup with beef. My buddy ordered the pork chop. Both were great and full of taste.Unfortunately The restaurant is small and is closing for about one month and relocating to a larger location. He said to look up the address later or use the same phone number to find the new location. I recommend SaiGon Pho.I will find them and follow up on my next trip.

I went here on a suggestion from a coworker. I had come down with the flu and was just looking for some food chicken soup to soothe my throat. They had a chicken and rice soup that was to die for and I would definitely return for it.

We had the starter- basil trio. It was really good. Then we had spicy tuna sushi, lobster sushi, and the spider sushi. All were very delicious.
