The food was awesome. I had brocolli soup. Yummy. Son had meatball sub. He loves it. Not too much sauce and just right amount of cheese. Hubby had a sub and we had chocolate ice cream to end the meal. Build one in Warner Robins please.

We came for lunch. The line was not long. All through choosing our food we were given excellent service and had our questions answered. We had a nice variety to choose between. We found the food good and not over cooked. The service once we sat down was also excellent. Staff came to ensure we were satisfied. We were not rushed. Parking was easy and prices reasonable. If I am back in the area I would eat here again. A very pleasant experience.

The family run Old Hickory House restaurants have been an Atlanta institution for more than 60 years with 4 family members operating their stores in Atlanta before closing and retiring. The old Forrest Park location was the one who had a scene in the movi
Old Hickory House is full of southern hospitality. We were greeted with a big âHow are you doing darling!â Our waitress was a champion multitasker. She was serving the entire room and referring to each patron with a southern term of endearment. The patrons appeared to be a lot of local senior citizens. I ordered the chopped hickory chick plate. It consisted of smoked chopped chicken breast and two side dishes. I ordered corn on the cob and cole slaw. The chicken was flavorful and came with a serving of special sauce. It was tangy but not special. The corn had been boiled too long. It was flavorless. The slaw was crunchy and sweet. I couldnât resist ordering the peach cobbler with ice cream. The portion was ample but there was too much dough and not enough fruit. Overall, the meal was average but it was a pleasant experience.

Stopped in for lunch after Tucker Day parade.Had a nice selection of rotating draft and canned craft beers to choose from. Waiter had good knowledge of each to help with your selection. Had standard beers, wine and cocktails as well.Fried pickles and jalapenos started us off. Nice selection of soups, cold and hot sandwiches, wings and things to choose from. Our choices today were cold and bacon which were great. Fries or tots accompnied each.Nice, friendly place with something for everyone.

You can smell that you are in a great BBQ place the minute you step out of your car! As you step in the rambling white building with an obligatory southern porch prepare yourself to enjoy great southern bbq. The atmosphere is "down home", the wait staff is friendly and helpful, and the menu provides all you could ask for in bbq cuisine. I have enjoyed the brisket, the bbq chicken, the ribs, and my personal favorite the pulled pork. The sides are equally delicious...one of my favorites is the tater tots! The last time I was there, I tried the "Tucker Tacos" (choice of meat and topped with coleslaw) and they were delicious.

I elected to try a place I had not been in many years the Blue Ribbon Grill. The verdict was much the same as the last time I ate here. Very average and mediocre food with below average service. The grilled chicken was very bland even with BBQ sauce. The Yellow rice was also very bland and lacked taste. The Cole slaw was very fresh and good. The spinach salad was good however I ordered it without mushrooms and it was served with them. I had to ask for drink refills and the waitress could not remember what I was drinking Overall not a place I would recommend

Still very good Food, Not as much or as reasonable as it used to be. Staff is friendly and helpful, good parking, cafeteria style serving. Not much has changed over the years, Chicken and veggies are still superior, biscuits and cornbread the same. Get there early as it can get crowded.

I think it may be one of several Marlow's Taverns in the Atlanta area. It is located inside the Doubletree Hotel
My husband and I were staying at the DoubleTree on a Friday evening and decided to try Marlowâs Tavern since it was so convenient. We were pleasantly surprised! We were seated immediately and our server came by shortly to welcome us and get our drink order. After we placed our order, a manager brought us an appetizer. When I told her that we didnât order the app, she said that it was provided with their compliments since this was a first-time visit with Marlowâs. She said she knew that we had other choices and they appreciated our choosing them. Our food arrived shortly thereafter and it was nicely present and delicious! Our server was attentive and brought our check promptly. We will definitely go back to Marlowâs..great food and excellent service!

Napoleonâs is a lively, upscale food focused pub that features a creative and affordable menu. To quench your thirst we offer 16 craft beers on tap, 50 bottle beers, full bar, and 20 wines by the glass and a reserve wine list of 15 bottles.
Last week my mother and I cashed in some of her gift certificates to Napoleon's Grille. While we were sitting at our table I remember commenting to her that Napoleon's is just what this neighborhood needed; a family spot, cozy, friendly, with great atmosphere, weekly live music and excellent food. I have been to Napoleon's many times and on this occasion had the Pot Roast - Excellent! My mother had Salmon and was equally pleased. Our waiter said he was not sure, but believed that Napoleon's had been open for about 7 years or so. That sounds about right, and it is always good. Kudos to Napoleon'sThanks so much Trey! We sincerely appreciate your business and you taking the time to post something. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Sean Keenan - Owner
