The Original Pancake House is the landmark breakfast restaurant of Stone Mountain, GA. We're not just some greasy spoon diner either. We pride ourselves on quality, serving fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juices every day. We're perfectly capable of
We have always enjoyed this place in other locations. This location was busy and seemed a bit worn. We had to wait which is typical for this chain. The food didn't seem quite as good as other locations. The service was good and went quickly once we were seated. The scrambled eggs were pretty good, not dry or overcooked. The bacon was thicker than I am used to having. I asked for well done and it was almost enough. The pancakes didn't seem as light as I like. I couldn't eat all of any of the items. We both got fresh squeezed orange juice. My daughter got the apple crepes which are almost like a dessert.

You can smell that you are in a great BBQ place the minute you step out of your car! As you step in the rambling white building with an obligatory southern porch prepare yourself to enjoy great southern bbq. The atmosphere is "down home", the wait staff is friendly and helpful, and the menu provides all you could ask for in bbq cuisine. I have enjoyed the brisket, the bbq chicken, the ribs, and my personal favorite the pulled pork. The sides are equally delicious...one of my favorites is the tater tots! The last time I was there, I tried the "Tucker Tacos" (choice of meat and topped with coleslaw) and they were delicious.

Neighborhood Bistro & Pub. Savory and sweet crepes, rice plates, pizza, and salads plus 24 craft beers on tap and full bar. Piano Bar Tuesday and Thursday, Karaoke on Friday. Cigar patio in back.
We were seeking a quick bite and beverage in Stone Mountain, and figured we'd try a local venue. There is public parking across the street, both on street and a parking lot. As expected, there were a number of locals who seemingly frequent the establishment. Decent # of beers on tap, including Allagash White. I wouldn't say the food was great, but it was good, and there were unique items on the menu. Good size bar area, eclectic set up that did a nice job separating tables.

I read good reviews about this place... and as a lover of grits I was dying to try it! Sad to say, I wonât be returning. We all ordered a variety of foods and the only thing we agreed on was that the chicken was amazing! This place needs to be know for their fried chicken, not the grits. The home fries (hashbrowns) were dry and didnât have any flavor. The fish lacked flavor as well... grits were too beady. I donât know, maybe Iâm just not used to those types of grits. We collectively agreed that we wouldnât return.A representative of Huskerâs read my review on Google, and reached out to rectify dining experience. I give them credit for that, and their chicken

Still very good Food, Not as much or as reasonable as it used to be. Staff is friendly and helpful, good parking, cafeteria style serving. Not much has changed over the years, Chicken and veggies are still superior, biscuits and cornbread the same. Get there early as it can get crowded.

Indulge in a stylish Stone Mountain restaurant offering delicious buffets in a casually elegant setting, creating a unique experience for guests and colleagues. Breakfast $16.95, Lunch $18.95, Dinner $24.95 (Friday Seafood Buffet - $29.95).
I did come to this restaurant for the seafood buffet on Friday nights. A new chef took over and did away with it because he and Marriott could not make enough money from it. So we tried the restaurant at the Stone Mountain Inn called the mountain view restaurant. The food was great and for less money! The southern Thanksgiving dinner was excellent with fried Turkey , cornbread stuffing, smoked ham it was the best ! My compliments to the chef! I think Marriott should bring back the seafood buffet cutback on some of the salads and serve crab legs. Not food I can get at any Pizza or other restaurants. I would be willing to pay more to have the crab legs back so you can make more money. Dear Marcn317,Thank you for your valued feedback for both the Waterside restaurant and the Mountain View restaurant.

We had the sweet potato hummus with fresh chips and figs, two of the salads and the kid's panko crusted chicken tenders, everything was very tasty. The salad items were all fresh and crisp. The hummus was a real treat! Service was friendly and quick. We will be back when we next come this way.We are so glad you enjoyed everything. Thank you!

This diner was almost across the street from our hotel. The sign says open 24 hours but that isn't true. We were there on a Weds evening and the hours said they closed at 11pm. Dinner was good and reasonable. We had the nacho mountain which was good. I had a half rack of ribs and my husband had fried chicken. It is a varied menu. They have diner food (burgers, sandwiches) then they have breakfast all the time. They had fajitas and Greek food. I think anyone could find something there to eat. Our meals came with soup or salad. My husband did chicken noodle and i had lemon chicken soup. Both very good. When you first come in there is a refrigerated case with absolutely humongous cakes and pies. These are a must to try. We had White Chocolate Strawberry. Very yummy! Give this place a try if you are every in town.
