I have been to this location several time as it is near my home. The service us always quick and friendly and the food is fresh with great taste. There are multiple locations throughout the countyThis one is located on the end of a gas station strip center and easy to miss. Worth the money to give it a try .. great for fries too
A lighthouse in the storm of a hard morning shopping. The same HoneyBaked Ham Company that we purchase hame from on Thanksgiving and Christmas now offers a deli-styled sandwich menu for dining in or for take out. The take out features full meals with all the accessories including wonderful looking pies and cakes.
This location is as good as any Subway I've been to. It's back in a corner seperate from the Ingles Plaza and kinda hard to see unless you really look fo it.The employee's are very courteous and they make a great sandwich. If you are on their mailing list they send out weekly specials which are usually pretty good. I'd recommend joining. Of course they have there daily special for $5.00 which includes chips and a drink.Everything is fresh .. a variety of breads baked daily too.

Dinner on long trip home. Waitress was training a new waitress. If they said 2 words to us, that would be a stretch. Kind, but shy. Hostess was very pleasant. Restaurant was clean. Husband had breakfast. He enjoyed it. Onion rings were the best I have had in the last 47 years! BLT just okay.

For more than 65 years Denny's has been bringing people together over great food. It's the place where people can relax and be themselves; where they can enjoy classic American comfort food and everyday value. 24 hours a day. 365 days a year. Here, you ca
Passing thru this area, my lady companion and I thought best to try this place. The retro style is quite intense both in and outside. Once inside, the space is quite small, for Denny's, these particular styled are. We were readily greeted, menu's provided, drink orders were taken. We opted for the lunch menu. The soup and salad or soup and sandwich options are of the classic range, while the soups are from (3) three choices, which rotate throughout the week. In short, pleasant stay.

Long time fan of Waffle House Food. As usual, staff was friendly, coffee was fresh and order arrived quickly. Restaurant could have been a little cleaner, but in their defense, they were slammed with customers. Go ahead and give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
We stayed overnight in Locust Grove and discovered that Captain D's was an easy walk from LaQuinta. My wife went with a baked fish dinner while I went for a deep fried combo with crab bites, fish, and shrimp. The food was very tasty and the shrimp especially tasty. The crab bites were disappointing in that they were more bread than crab - but they were good. The restaurant was busy but clean and the food was served piping hot!We will definitely return here next time we overnight in the Atlanta area on our way north.

We grabbed pizza for takeout here while we stopped overnight in the area. The pizza was good, the butterballs(garlic knots) were good and the chicken wings were good as well. The restaurant itself had a lot of seating and would be good for a larger group if needed, but we did not dine in.

The food is wonderful. We had breakfast ...the quiche was cooked perfectly. .... tender and the crust was buttery and flaky. My son ordered sausage gravy on biscuits with a side of pepperjack cheese grits. The portions were big. But he said they were both very delicious ! The service was friendly....it wasnât fast but worth the wait! The neighborhood cafe is a must stop!

Had the chicken tenders. They were in a tasty, well seasoned batter fried until crispy. It said 6 on the menu, but I had more than that. My two sides were French fries and sucotash. Never had sucotash, but t was good. Got a healthy portion of corn and baby lima beans infused with a light sauce seasoned as well as thy he chicken. My husband ordered the chicken breast. I only gave 4 stars because the menu said two chicken breast. Not true. (See pictures) It was one single chicken breast cut in half. If that was two chicken breasts, that was a tiny chicken. To make up for the same portion of protein, the dish was loaded with fries. They were good, but too much. I must say that the blue cheese my husband had for his salad was very good. Huge chunks of blue cheese, something you rarely ever see anymore. Although, the chicken portion was sparse my husband praised the taste of the chicken. Our service was great. I won't try to spell our server's name, but she was a jewel. Very friendly, warm and welcoming. The restaurant is decorated in the farmhouse style with metal top tables, several hammered silver serving items and lots of decoration and memorabilia. The front of the restaurant is a gift shop with many cute pieces. Additionally, there are 2 large pictures on the wall showing that the building started out as the Mercantile for the town. Run by the Gardner family. Hence the name of the road. When in Locust Grove, Ga stop by The French Market and Tavern. It's a step back in time
