Had lunch at Bien Trucha on a Sunday afternoon. It was not very crowded and I was seated immediately with no reservation. Water, chips and refried beans come right away and are complimentary. Both are delicious, but the chips are the very fattening deep-fried variety. I got a sample of salsa for 50 cents which was very smoky and rich. The traditional guacamole was enough for two people and was mild with large chunks of avocado. I had the bien trucha tacos (4), which were delicious. Each was about 2.5 bites. Overall, this was the best Mexican lunch I have had in the Chicago suburbs.

The best pita bread ever...the kabobs delicious and the fresh salad crisp and delicious. A great place to get a really good lunch for low price. Always high quality. Nice and friendly people who work there. Have had their food for catering also...same great quality. I'd recommend Just Kabobs for both children and adults. Their rice and potatoes are also delicious.

It's a cafe and wine bar in downtown Geneva, IL
I was delighted with the patio of Preservation, just the sort of cafe atmosphere my friend and I were looking for on a Saturday evening in Geneva. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We ordered food that sounded delicious on the menu. Unfortunately, while it was good, I can't say I was blown away by it. I'm more than happy to visit again on future trips through town.

If you are in the area this is the place to go for a very good lunch. There is something for everyone.
A large variety of fresh salads, sandwiches are wonderful soups. The portions are large and don't miss the desserts. It is connected to a great book store. Enjoy

My daughter and I stopped in for lunch on a Friday afternoon. It was relatively busy as it was still holiday break for many families.
I had the Local burger with bacon and my daughter had the Short Rib. Both were cooked as we asked and were juicy and really good. I have never had a short rib burger and it was a great combination. You can choose a brioche bun or pretzel bun, both of which are the right choice.
Add one soda and tip we I paid $39. Did I mention the irresistible fries?
Yup, a winner. I am not a fan of lots of TVs, but the atmosphere was warm and very comfortable.

Although you can get your usual eggs, bacon and potatoes, there are also a number of other unique dishes. There are about 4 or 5 different types of Benedicts. There are also a variety of skillets and scrambles. The restaurant was quite crowded when we arrived on a Saturday morning. The service was prompt and friendly despite how busy they were.

Great service and the food is good. I do think the quality of food is not as good as it use to be. I have had there pasta and pizza.

Fine dining on the waterfront at this gem, tucked inside the Herrington Inn & Spa. Al fresco dining in season. Serves three meals daily, open 365 days per year. Advance reservations highly recommended Private waterfront Gazebo for 8 guests is also available.
Sadly I didn't take any pictures obviously this isn't the type of restaurant you take pictures in.... Nestled in the heart of the Harrington Hotel which I can tell you I wholeheartedly recommend and give 5 Stars too. The attwater is both elegant and wonderful at the same time. The service is on par with any five star restaurant that you have ever encountered. The food is both generous and outstanding which is a rare combination when you're ordering from restaurant at of this caliber. The dining is almost private, it's a small group so I recommend reservations in advance. However I can tell you I've eaten at restaurants in North America Europe Asia this is one of the best.
Should you have a special occasion and you wish to impress I highly recommend staying at the Herrington and eating at the Atwater

My husband and I went for a date here and sat outside. It was a really nice patio (slightly uncomfortable chairs). The servers were really nice. We had the calamari appetizer which I loved; It was delicious! We also shared the Paccheri Vodka. I'm not a huge pasta lover but we both thought this tasted really good and left feeling satisfied. If we lived in this area I can see us returning here.
