We arrived on a damp Wednesday for lunch. Only one other table was taken. So very quiet. The waiter was great and made some of the atmosphere. Enjoyed a simple Lasagne and Omelete. Good food and good wine. Well priced. Lovely venue and old building.

Even een snelle hap gehaald, pizza en döner. Aparte gedeelte voor afhalen, gescheiden van restaurant. Vlotte keurige bediening, alles ziet er spik en span uit. Kwaliteit van beide gerechten goed. Als we weer in de buurt zijn komen we zeker terug om meer te proeven.

After a nice bicycle ride we sat down at the terrace of La Villa and firstly ordered a whitebeer. Since it was just around 4:00 PM the staff was still sitting on the terrace and we came to talk with one of the cooks. About two years ago ,at the start of the Giro in apeldoorn, there was a competition to create a special pizza for the tour. The cooks of La Villa created several pizza's for the comepition, but became second because their pizza's had nothing to do with the Giro. the number one, which pizza's never were eaten, just created a bicycle on the pizza with asparagus. curious after the story we ordered Turkish bread with garlic butter and hot wings as a starter. Both starters were great. As main meal we ordered a Pzza Tonno and a pizza Semsek.Both tasted delicious. The bottom stayed crispy 'till the last bite.The nice surprise came when we learned that the restaurant serves all their pizza's on the Monday and The Tuesday for ⬠6.00 each.Certainly a restaurant to visit again.

Ik was hier samen met mijn partner en we hoefde niet te reserveren. Het eten stond vrij snel op tafel en de bediening was goed. Het is was in verhouding met de prijs genoeg, het was ook lekker! Zeker een aanrader om hier te eten!

Leuke ijssalon in het historische centrum van Doesburg, gelukkig op loopafstand van mijn huis. Lekkere smaken, traditioneel maar ook een paar bijzondere.

Geweldige gastvrouw en heerlijk eten, zelden zo mooie wijncombinatie bij het eten gehad. Alles is biologisch. Ik heb er met mijn nichten gegeten, heerlijk prive.

Vroeger waren er in dit pand meerdere restaurant formules gevestigd, het leefde toen (met name in de zomer) en het was er gezellig. Nu leek er een bom gevallen, het voorste deel was gesloten en verder naar binnen was het donker en stil, 2 tafels op een donderdag avond. Niet best. Ook in het naastgelegen hotel konden we weinig activiteit waarnemen. Het eten was prima maar niet meer dan dat. De bediening was zeer keurig en voorkomend maar kon toch niet het gevoel redden dat hier langzaam een vlammetje lijkt te doven.

Had the good fortune of finding this little gem while cycling through Holland. Service was quite friendly, price was decent and the quality of the meal was very good. I recommend it as quite a tasty stop for appies or the full meal deal
