Ondanks de niet zo positieve reacties toch maar eens wezen eten. Steak van mijn vrouw was prima, mijn Bolderburger matig. Burger was goed echter ik had het idee dat de verpakking nog onweer het broodje zat. Zeer moeilijk om doorheen te komen. Frites Ok, hetgeen op de burger zat (bacon, sausjes) heb ik vaak beter gehad.

We were staying at the hotel and decided to eat here, very bad choice. Service was very slow. The restaurant menu is not that big . We both chose fish which was turned out to be awful, watery and tasteless served with poor quality greasy chips and overcooked veg. The only good bit about our meal was the breadbasket. The menu choices are expensive and definitely not worth it. There are other restaurants very close by which we will try instead.

While glamping at the local campsite Beekhuizen, we enjoyed drinks and lunch a couple of times on the terrace of Woodz. Amidts the Woodz, with cosy chairs, plaids and an outside fireplace, Woodz is a gem of atmosphere. Menu is original, with an ecologic twist.

We hebben prima gegeten, een 3 gangen menu. Zeer vriendelijke bediening. Mooie porties en dito kwaliteit.Als hoofdgerecht een mixed grill en een sate. Vooral het varkensvlees was heerlijk mals, niet vet. Aanrader.Het terras kan erg levendig zijn, maar naast het restaurant en binnen zijn rustiger plekken.

Bij toeval kwamen wij bij dit restaurant terecht. Wij werden vriendelijk welkom geheten. Mochten zelf een plaatsje uitzoeken. Hebben heerlijk op het terras gegeten. Kregen een amuse van het huis. Het brood met smeersels was prima en lekker van smaak. Gekozen voor een driegangen keuze menu. De gerechten waren prima en royal van grote. De bediening was vriendelijk en vlot. Wij hebben er heerlijk gegeten. Wel redelijk aan de prijs.

I went here yesterday, the food was really good (they serve mainly skewers/brochettes), and the saladbar had enough variation. The waiters were really friendly and amical, it only took some time sometimes for them to serve us. But the times they were late, they apologised, so it didn't matter, we weren't in a hurry :)

The restaurant of the hotel is a good place to eat, nice but not large choices of meals.In short, we had a very good dining experience also due to attentive services who helped us nicely with selecting gluten free dining.Seating was comfortable, cheque was reasonable so nothing to complain..

My mentor Lee Kuan Yew, Prime Minister of Singapore for a great many decades (he passed away two years ago), was famous for his rather penetrating comments c.q. quotes. One of them: "It is only the less clever that never change their minds". That perfectly reflect my opinion re. De Ruif. Now to me the number one eatery at the Posbank by a mile. Earlier this week terrace open, spring sunshine galore. Hence, professional and attentive management.

Voor het eerst dit restaurant bezocht. 3-gangen menu. Het duurde erg lang voor we enige aandacht van de bediening kregen. De bediening was ook onzeker. Moesten veel navragen. Voorgerecht vitello tonnato mag hier niet zo heten. Gewone mayonaise i.p.v. tonijnmayonaise. Onder de fricandeau veel te natte sla. Ook de kloddertjes mayonaise op de salades zouden beter vervangen kunnen worden door een lekkere dressing. Gevulde champignons, de zalm met (hulde) verse warme groenten, de masterburger waren erg lekker.

We had diner here with family 4 persons. It is an easygoing retaurant. We only had a main course which was very good. Like Hamburgers and stakes. Personel is very friendly. Prices are affordable. Our white wine from Germany was very good.
