Been traveling Turkey for 34 days eating only local cuisine. This was one of the best meals we've had in that time.Service was friendly. Waiters were helpful in explaining the menu despite my lack of Turkish language skills.Meals arrived quickly.Portions very good size.Waiters very attentive. Price was very reasonable given the upmarket setting and service.

This is the best traditional restaurant in Gaziantep. Hisvahan is the oldest Khan of Gaziantep built in 1577. Hotel has 10 rooms and a big restaurant very well decorated. Most of their menu is local food. We were there for a big family meeting. The Chef Ali Bedri made a good presentation for us. He described how they prepare and cook seasonal delicacies. Unforgettable experience for us. Thank you â¤Our dearest guest nogayhan75Thank you very much for your valuable review here about our restaurant. It is a great pleasure to read that you enjoyed in our restaurant and went home with memorable moments from Gaziantep. Found this place by accident today but were not disappointed. Traditional Gaziantep dishes and staff willing to help with explaining the ingredients and offering smaller portions. We could not fault anything. Especially recommend the sutlac dessert as it has a saffron syrup on top delicious.Highly recommend.
My husband and I are in Gaziantep for business and we found this restaurant from Google search. Weâve come to this restaurant 3 times already. Every time we came, the food was always so good, service excellent, price very reasonable. We had mixed grills (hamburger, steak and lamb chop), grilled chicken and spicy âminced lambâ. We had both tea and coffee after a meal and tried a couple of desserts. For those who are from the US, you can have a great meal for $20 for two people.
