Bayazhan have three different options for eating, a meyhane, bar and restaurant. We have eaten at the restaurant which was fancy. The food and presentation of food were very well. Good Wine selection. Prices are on the high side and the restaurant was a little dark to read the menu and the bill. Good for special occasions.

The restaurant is situated at the historical city Center where you can easily reach by walking. They serve all types of kebabs which are usually served spicy. The portions are satisfactory and tasty. You can try all types by asking the mixed portions also. The place is very famous for its sweets which are mainly baklava and Soviet which definitely needs to be tasted. The prices are moderate and the place usually very crowded as also preferred by the locals. I suggest at all times and for all occasions.

Visited this restaurant with 5 friends on a business trip to Gaziantep in February 20129. We wanted to try a very 'traditional' restaurant and found this one in the old town.It was a fascinating experience, with a host of different dishes all being brought in short succession. We started off with a white onion soup with pearl barley and tiny morsels of lamb...very tasty. Then lots of dishes in which the region specialises...mostly lamb or chicken kebabs, meatballs, veg, fairly potent chilli peppers and rice, and of course, the ubiquitous flatbread which most Turks here use instead of cutlery....we didn't get any knives in any case, just forks and spoons.Fortunately we had a Turkish interpreter with us or I think we might have struggled identifying what we were eating...there was no menu and the waiter seemed to thin k we all needed feeding up - you won't starve here. There was actually too much food but we did make a decent job of making serious inroads!Given the amount of food they brought the bill was very reasonable...there is no alcohol served though, so keep this in mind. All in all a great experience in an unusual place with very hospitable staff.

I didn't ask for menu and let the waiter to bring his recommendations. It started with salad which might be the best salad I have ever had. Even, I started to use some garlic and "sumak" in my salads at home. After the salad, they served small lahmacun than the meat plate which was a mix of küÅleme and other kebabs. All of them was wonderful. I'll definitely visit again in my next trip.

Hakkımızda KüÅlemeci Hüseyin Usta 1990 yılında Gaziantepâin Suburcu mahallesinde 4-5 masalık ilk dükkanını açtı. Etâi özenle seçip, çok az bulunan KüÅleme etini farklı baharatlarla harmanlayarak yeni tatlar keÅfetti. 1999 yılından bu yana tarihi Ä°pek Yolu
Looks authentic, although pretty new build Turkish "han" style building. It is infact an "Auberge on the silk road". Very friendly staff, asking how much hot spice you can bear. Meat is very good, followed by locak desert "katmer". Desert is not strictly local style, a bit modified, served with ice cream and of course lots of pistacchios... Tourist guide style personel, ready to answer any questions...

Our guide said it was required to dine here at least once during our visit, and I see why. Packed with locals with a limited menu that allows fast service, and the food is delicious. Conveniently located within walking distance of the Mosaic Museum, it's a go to for all visitors.

It' s a very traditional Gaziantep experience. Even if we weren't used to eat meat and rice soup in the morning, this was extremely delicious. If you like spice we recommend the hot spiced one. If not dont forget to tell them. A must try.

Every time I travel to Gaziantep, I pop in to Zeki Inal to buy some baklava for friends and family and try to be not too late because they cook limited and when they sell off you have to go there the next day. As far as I could catch the correct baklava time, they have a few varieties including sobiyet (Åöbiyet). Zeki Inal has the best ever sobiyet I tasted and I always buy my sobiyet there. If you can go to Zeki Inal before 15.30, I believe you can also taste and buy some.
