Vereeniging (Afrikaans pronunciation: [fəˈrɪənəχəŋ]) is a city in Gauteng province, South Africa, situated where the Klip River empties into the northern loop of the Vaal River. It is also one of the constituent parts of the Vaal Triangle region and was formerly situated in the Transvaal province. The name Vereeniging is derived from the Dutch word meaning "association" or "union".

Place was not very busy, but it was probably the time which was somewhere between breakfast and lunch. Food was well prepared but the service absolutely poor. We waited 45minutes for cappuccinos to be served and an hr for the food.Dear abcdef493,Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. After being recommended by friends we tried it and it was most definitely not our last visit. The pizza was delicious, but they do have other offerings as well, from pasta to seafood and steak. The service was excellent and the staff were all very friendly. Well worth a visit!

I visited this Restaurant last Tuesday evening with a friend. This was my first visit there and I looked forward to a memorable evening given the excellence of this Ownerâs sister Restaurant, also situated in the area.The interior decoration was pretty standard. In fact, comparing with the Restaurant that the Owner operated there before it was nothing special. Frankly, donât expect ambiance much different from a fastfood Restaurant.The waiter was well spoken and gave good account of the menu. My Associate ordered pizza (impressive looking wood fired oven) and I ordered a Kingklip with Prawns and Calamari based on the recommendation of the Waiter. The Restaurant was quiet and never had more than about 10% of the tables occupied during the course of the evening. Yet, it took a full one and a half hours to serve the meal! The Kingklip was served on a plate but in a piece of aluminum foil which was shaped like a bowl. The Kingklip was positioned at the centre of the plate whilst the Prawns and Calamari were floating on either side in a watery substance with a few pieces of vegetable.What a complete and utter disappointment! I donât know what went wrong in their kitchen on this particular evening and surely hope that this is not their standard quality food or service.On the upside, the pizza was excellent.

I had two wonderful dinners at Mimmos restaurant. I got the mexican bolognaise fettucine in both visits. Very hot mexican sause but tasty. This reataurant is inside the shopping center having an ouside terrace looking to the parking area and also an inside hall. Service was good. However my creme brule was half hot and half cold.. Overall it is a nice modest restaurant.

I had breakfast at Annaâs Kitchen this morning. The staff is very friendly, very attentive and the surroundings just beautiful. I ordered the banting breakfast but was disappointed when it arrived with not a single mushroom as it was described as being served on a bed of mushroom. This was soon rectified by a friendly staff member, yet I feel it should not have happened. Good Morning,Thank you for taking the time to review Anna's Kitchen.
