Fantastic Hotel
Reviewed By 466ajgdThis was the second time my wife and I have spent a 6-day holiday in Hotel Heidegrund. And again everything was OK in all aspects. The quality of the rooms, the restaurant and the friendlyness of the personel. After an operation in my spine in 2019, I no longer can ride a bicycle. The reception has arranged that I could rent a tricycle to allow me to make a cycle trip around the Thülsfelder See. A fantastic experience.

Nice german style
Reviewed By Simon SThis small hotel conquers. Its small but lacks nothing. Solids cheap dining, good beer and fantastic breakfast buffet. Rooms are very big with large bathroom and nice garden view. Good wifi and smart tv with netfliox etc. I like the beds since they were hard althoug my travel collegues did not appreciate them. I would certainly use again as its well worth the money

Peaceful overnighter en route across Germany
Reviewed By Christine MMy friend and I found this hotel by chance on our way from the UK to Sweden. It was at a convenient place en route and a good price. We were surprised at the quality and comfort of the rooms vis a vis the price. Also the restaurant was excellent and the service charming and friendly. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to come again on our return journey and were not disappointed.

Reviewed By marrakech12Genuinely welcoming and warm staff, nicely appointed room without being over the top, good dinner and breakfast - and all that in the middle of nowhere! I found it searching for hotels in Oldenburg. Really worth it even though a 25 Minute Drive into OL.

Reviewed By viddenedVisited their Restaurant with a group of friends, after hearing so much good critiques from their Cuisine and good service. And we were definitely not disappointed, their creative German Cuisine is a mixture of fresh seasonal ingredients with a savory twist. I loved the salad with duck and the main course with deer. The texture and flavor were heaven to the palate. Service is 5 Stars+ ! Attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The only two aspects to improve would be 1. The furnishings, though we loved the decoration, the rest don't match the wonderful Cuisine. 2. The dessert was ok, but by far not as extraordinary as the rest of the menu.
