Corner of paradise nestled in the hills of San Menaio, in the heart of Gargano National Park,il Camping Village Valle D'Oro, is the ideal retreat for those who like to enjoy a holiday surrounded by beautiful nature, while not giving up comfort. A few kilometers from Rodi Garganico and Peschici, not far from the sea and long sandy coastline finissima.Il Pizzeria Restaurant offers tasty recipes typical of the Gargano, Puglia traditional dishes with them unique tastes of the south, as the oil extra virgin olive oil, chili pepper or citrus juice Rodi Garganico.
We stayed in mid July for 2 nights and liked this place very much! It is a family-run campsite, basic but clean and it is located in a nice area full of olive trees. The staff is very very nice and helpful and there is also a bar/restaurant on site. It is on a hill, on the way to the sea, so the beach is not that close but with a car everything is easily reachable and the area around it is beautiful! You can visit the towns Rodi and Peschici and some great beaches around, and foresta Umbra is very close too, for trekking etc. We found this part of the coast less touristic in general, but super beautiful. Overall, the campsite is a great value for money, for people who just want to relax. Totally recommended!

Appartments and Detached House from 130 euro per week!!! Camping Village San Michele, located in the middle of a large valley, sourranded by woods and wineyards, at 150 meters by the famous beach of Sfinale. Camping Village San Michele has apartments and detached houses with 2, 4, 6 beds and places for tents and camper wherein you can take a place wherever you want, feeling a relaxing and youthful atmosphere. In our Village you can find many Biological products and, thanks to good food, sun and sea you will feel regenerate. Camping Village San Michele is run by Anna and Giovanni, they will welcome you with kindness and hospitality
We stayed at this location in a small apartment. The apartment was quite big, one bed room, a bathroom, a sitting room with kitchenette and a good terrace for alfresco eating. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and the only minus was the mattress quality, that was a bit tiered. The beach is just across the road, about 100 m distance, not crowded in September :). The camping is run by a family, and is small, calm and cosy (which is not usual in the area and very much appreciated by us). All the family members were very kind and gave us all needed information about sightseeing, exploring the Gargano area, etc. The camping has a small shop that sells local vegetables, eggs etc, very convenient and very good quality. Location is wonderful if you are set to the beach and also for visiting the many regional Gargano´s attractions, historical cities, Umber forest etc. We would definitely stay again in this Camping Village.

Located 3 km north of Vieste del Gargano along the coast road to Peschici, Camping Village Molinella looks directly out onto the sea from the beautiful bay of Molinella. The resort is popular due to its position allowing panoramic views of Puglia's range of tourist resorts. The resort is made up of bungalows, mobile homes and a campsite with pitches for caravans, campervans and tents. The campsite is fitted with bathroom facilities which include hot water amongst other things, ensuring a hassle-free outdoor holiday. The camping pitches are provided with electricity (6 Amp) using Standard CEE plug sockets and a WiFi Zone (80%). Recently, camper van and caravan services have been expanded with the installation of manholes for disposing of waste water as well as the addition of pitches to accommodate vehicles up to 8 metres long.
This was not a quiet camp site as stated We were greated by someone who seemed rushed to get to a family event The bar was closed because of this event It was very noisy the night we arrived with a party and fireworks We took the shuttle to town the next day and they forgot to pick us up We were not given a choice of site and as a senior couple we were surrounded by families with young children Washing up water only cold Unfortunately I would not recommend it

Resort open since 1970, family holiday orientated, direct on the beach with nice sand.
We used the B&B formula for a room in the new hotel wing of the resort. The resort is very tidy and well kept. The restaurant has a lovely view, the food is good and tasty (homemade cakes for breakfast) and the view on the beach is brilliant. The self-service restaurant and pizzeria overlooking the bay are also very good. The room was spacious, with a kitchen area under a portico and a little garden. The beach is lined with bars and restaurants. There are plenty of families; there is entertainment for children and also for adults if you like those things, otherwise they are happy to leave you to lie on your sunbed. The water was absoutely stunning, clear and transparent, with a few waves that are perfect for children but also low water level so it is safe for all to play in it. If you want to explore, there are caves and rocks at the edges of the beach. 20 minutes ride to Peschici and about 30 minutes to Vieste. We loved it and will go back.

Del Sole&delTurco Village has always focused on quality and on the 'hospitality: in customers' relationships, services offered, in the new proposals, the promotion of a territory for which you want wants to promote and enhance the excellence. In the residence you can stay in mini villas and bungalows, all masonry, new bill and furnished with care and functionality. Each apartment has a refrigerator, TV, kitchen equipped with all the bare minimum: dishes (excluding coffee maker and pans) and cutlery; We do not provide bed linen and towels. Each house has a veranda or terrace with outdoor table and chairs, private parking and barbecue in common. Camping del Turco offers a holiday in contact with nature, the sea, and without giving up comfort and your space. You can rediscover the simple things and savor the smells of local products from the land and the sea directly. Choose your shaded space by pine trees and eucalyptus, the sound of crickets and the breeze Vieste will accompany you in this relaxing outdoor holiday to spend with your family or friends. The three new structures toilets are a merit to the village's organization, in terms of structure, cleanliness, comfort and location. They are in fact well distributed within the campsite for your convenience, any pitch to choose to occupy. We pay attention to the sanitation, it recognizing primary requirement for all customers who choose camping as holiday. And this is confirmed by our customers who for more than 30 years back every year judging positively this aspect. Hot showers are located in a single structure in the center of the village and there are coin operated. The car can be parked in the same pitch next to the tent, or in adjacent spaces until they will not be occupied; if so customers can move it in the public parking within the village. Inside the village there are also: coin operated washing machine, WiFi Zone. For campers: water loading and unloading, manual discharge of black water.

Coming up to the end of my 3rd year at Holiday Village. I stayed 3 weeks in 2010, 4 months in 2011 and 5 months 2012. If I could live here I would. The campsite is located direct above the an amazing beach with clean water and soft golden sand. Ample showers, toilets, washing up areas and washing machines. There is two shops and a restaurant on the site with many activities for families and children. I am now looking to buy a property in the area but I will still come with my caravan in the summer months. Owners are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this campsite.

Tourist Village Calenella lies between the towns of San Menaio and Peschici in one of the most characteristic sites in the heart of the Gargano National Park. It is immersed in a pine forest close to the sea. The ideal spot to spend summer vacation with a vocation for fun and nature. For accommodation there is the availability of single to three-room bungalows, mobile homes, camping grounds, caravan and roulotte. For your time off; live entertainment, swimming pool, children adventure park, nature hikes, live shows, regional cuisine restaurant, private beach, tennis courts, soccer court, disco tech, newspaper stand, bar, pizzeria.
The bungalows are great, you have anything you need in the camping, market, restaurant, swimming pool, tennis courts, animation from day to night. Surrounded by nature, smell of pines ... IT IS AMAZING!!!!

The place faces the sea, the cliff of Punta Lunga and a limpid and sandy bay with the sea slowly degrading a coast particularly suitable for the families for safety of the children just for the position and the presence of constant winds, the village Punta Lunga is the hottest spot for al windsurf keens. The wonderful and varied nature of the territory and the unforgettable views of the Gargano promontory together with an unbelievably mild climate, let you spend your holidays full immersed in the nature with the possibility to practise several sports activities. Bungalow two roomed, mobilhome with veranda , camping spots, centralized toilets with hot-shower,restaurant-pizzeria,market with bazar and tobacco, greegrocer, windsurf school, mountainbike centre, fitness centre, bar Organization escursion for Isle Tremiti, Foresta Unbra abd Park National del Gargano.
We stayed for several nights in camping with a tent. I have to admit that camping has a wonderful beach and location (pines forest and cicadas songs). But it is obvious that camping requires some investments and repairs. When we checked in, we were not informed where we can get a drinking water, even though this is among the first instructions which guests are supposed to receive when checking in. It turned out that sanitary facilities are not equipped with drinking water, you can obtain there only salted water. So we had to go back and ask staff specifically about drinking water. This shows lack of care when they meeting people. You can get drinking water from few distribution points in the camping - don't forget to ask where is it, otherwise nobody will tell it to you at check in. Very loud and repetitive animation till midnight, with children songs. I suppose this type of parties better take place during the day - this is more suitable for children. Evening atmosphere of calm seacoast and pine forest is totally destroyed by the loud music. I would better listen to cicadas songs or select a playlist for myself, at my pitch / camper. We were disappointed by the sanitary facilities (very old, some required maintenance which did not happen in several days). Don't forget to bring your own toilet paper and soap - sanitary facilies are not equpped with these essential stuff. I understood why official website does not contain sanitary facilities photos - it looks shameful and there is no time during the day you have it clean and nice-looking for the photo. All beach activities and umbrella+deckchair are overpriced: e.g. for the umbrella+deckchair guy asked 20 EUR per day which is insane money for the sea village. We will not come again and we felt this place overpriced based on the level of sanitary facilities, price of beach facilities and some irritations we experienced.

We got a bungalow in the first row to be on the enormous beach, seriously 20 mts away. It had everything we needed and was nice, though tight spacing in the bedroom for 2 adults. But otherwise great. And the kitchen on the outside patio was a nice idea for enjoying the fresh air. Their restaurant however has a delicious pasta dish troccoli with seafood. The breakfast is no longer buffet with the covid restrictions, but the caffe and tasty brioches (from a bakery down the street) were perfect. It was the end of September, so they were getting ready to close and it was not full, but the staff were always helpful and available. If we return we'll definitely consider this place.
