We are a casual to upscale Italian restaurant specializing in homemade dishes and daily baked desserts! We pride ourselves on quality entrees and customer service.
We go to the area multiple times a year to visit family and this was our first trip to Tuscany but will not be our last! It was fantastic. The bread they give you when you sit down is homemade and very tasty. We ordered...MoreThank you so much for the great review ! We appreciate you choosing us.

A hometown must visit. Old world ice cream parlor at it's best. Always order the footlong hot dog with sauce and a banana milkshake. Milkshakes are good and thick. The flavor of the footlong hotdog with sauce can not be matched.

Sat at the bar to get a quick dinner and play some Keno. Ordered the french onion soup and a burger. The service was good and the food was excellent and reasonably priced.

We stopped at the Dairy Queen for a holiday meal during a trip home. There were only a few restaurants open, and Dairy Queen is one of our favorite chains. We chose to dine in versus using the drive thru. We both had the grilled chicken sandwiches; one with fries and the other with a side salad. The food was served quickly. It was cooked perfectly and not greasy. There were a wide selection of desserts available including blizzards and cones. I had a small vanilla cone. The cake cone was very fresh. We will probably stop here again the next time we are driving through Gallipolis.
Tip: The women's restroom is super clean.

We were on a Saturday drive with our sports car club. We stopped at the Gallipolis riverfront park at noon and everyone headed out for lunch. We heard Remos was great and we are hot dog aficionados. A hot dog MUST have sauce, no ifs, ands, or buts! Remos delivers a nice Italian sauce that is great! You can add mustard, onions, and pickles.
This is a simple joint and cash only. There are a few seats but we went back to park to eat (within walking distance). Only sides are chips and drink.
My kind of place. Hot dog virtuosos!

The pizza was very good! The crust is a thinner, but not crispy thin. The toppings were very good. We also ordered a gluten free pizza and it wasn't good at all, definitely stick to the regular crust and you can't go wrong.

Lorobi's Pizza in the Silver Bridge Plaza. A beloved spot for 40 years in Gallipolis Oh.
The service was excellent. We had pepperoni Pizza and cheese bread. The cheese was melted over the bread but hard to cut by the time it got to our table. The pizza was ok, the pepperoni was tasteless to our amazement. At first we thought they forgot the pepperoni because they definitely did not have that sharp flavour.... I would not go there again.

As the Colony Theater was once Gallipolis’ premier entertainment destination; the Colony Club is the spot for great food, craft cocktails, classic movies, the big game and live music. The Colony Club is an exciting new casual restaurant concept with the area’s best entertainment, offering the freshest food, great beers and classic craft cocktails. The menu is moderately priced, casual style, featuring Gourmet Brick-Oven Pizzas, Mission Style Burritos and Asian Noodle Bowls.
Our tour group did not have a favorable experience here. They knew we were coming and were totally unprepared to handle a large group. (30 people) I do not the restaurants side of the story as to why service, food, etc was so poor. After a 2 1/2 hour trip to get to Gallipolis; lunch was quite disappointing. And they did not offer dessert - they were out!!!!! Sad, We were all impressed by the renovation of the interior.

Discover Farm-Fresh Goodness
The Biscuit Benedict ($8.99) included a side salad. The combo seems a little unusual but it was yummy. The Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad ($9.49) was large and contained lots of chicken, cranberries and pecans. Jessica made us happy and gave us a couple of to go coffees.

After checking reviews we decided to stop but and was happy with the service and food. Others decided on another restaurant and were not happy with their choice. Food was hot, service was good and no complaints about anything. I would recommend this place to anyone.
