It was a bit of an adventure to find but well worth the effort. We arrived right at dinner time on a Monday and it was busy but not crowded. We sat at the bar and found out it was happy hour, domestic cans of beer were $1.50. Both of us had perch and enjoyed it immensely. I would rate it s close to Jolly Roger for taste....but the breading is different. The decor is quite unique and I enjoyed it. I will definitely return.

My grandson and I went for breakfast. We had the egg sausage muffin with hash brown. The hash browns were like cardboard. We took one bite and that was enough. The muffin edges were hard. The egg and sausage was okey and the coffee was great. The last time I thought it was a lot better than McDs, not today.

This is a new coffee & ice cream shop. They also have coffee and snacks for sale. They prepared our coffee and latte exactly as we ordered. The place is very clean and there are tables to enjoy your drinks or ice cream. They have loads of different sprinkles for ice cream. The shop is located next to Verizon and Staples.

Hand Crafted, Unique and Authentic Food. We do Classic BBQ, Gourmet Sandwiches, Brisket Burgers and Catering for any kind of event.
We found Jimmy G's on Trip Advisor when traveling on the Ohio Turnpike. It was about 10 min. off of the exit & was easy to find. My husband had the 3 Little Pigs sandwich (saw that it was recommended in TA reviews). It was so delicious. I had pulled pork with chips & added a side salad. Mine was quite good. However if I'm ever back here, I'm going to order the 3 Little Pigs too. Plus the girls who take the orders were very helpful & friendly.

This is a small shop that sells just cookies. Lots & lots of cookies. The cutout cookies with frosting are the best! I get these for the grandson's ball teams. The kids (high school) love them. My other favorites are chocolate chip and oatmeal. All fresh - have never had a bad one.

Been here several times and it has impressed me. Love the Polvorone's, Churros, and the pumpkin Empanadas. The tamales are very good. The place is clean and stocked with many Mexican staples. The service has always been friendly and polite to me. It is about an hour drive to get there but it is well worth it.

My husband and I took our former neighbor (forever neighbor) to the Garrison for his 86th birthday.
The roast chicken, fish and chips and salmon dishes were outstanding.
The manager came to our table and took our picture. He also gave the birthday boy discounted tickets for a Sunday buffet.
Great service. Our next visit will be for the Sunday buffet.

While visiting relatives recently, we all met up--as we often do--for pizza and beers at The Depot.
The pizzas are basic pies, with, of course, whatever toppings you want. They're well-prepared, though it would be nice to have grated cheese and crushed red pepper as accompaniments. They very well may have them but I did not see any shakers nor was cheese/pepper offered.
The Depot also has an excellent selection of craft berrs, mostly in cans and bottles. Although a couple that I requested from their blackboard menu had since gone out of stock.
Lastly, The Depot also offers outdoor seating on rows of picnic tables in the back--which was especially useful as we had several small children in tow which may have annoyed diners inside.

Nice atmosphere, friendly service, and great food! Do I need to say more? ? I order the Mississippi Chicken, or the steak salad.

Billy's is another great breakfast, lunch, or brunch restaurant located across the river from Whitey's in downtown Fremont. Similar menu but with the best pancakes and waffles in Ohio! The sisters who own and operate the restaurant are a joy to visit with and they love kids.
