An authentic Neapolitan pizzeria and Italian restaurant situated in the landmark MetLife Building at Grand Central Terminal at East 45th Street, Naples 45 offers al fresco dining in the warmer months and Italian specialties with friendly take-out service and gourmet brick-oven slices to go. Naples 45 was awarded the coveted certification of "La Vera Pizza Napoletana"—one of only three such awards in New York City—in recognition of serving authentic Neapolitan pizza made with traditional ingredients, methods, and wood-burning ovens.
Don't go downstairs below Grand Central. There is a better alternative on the Vanderbilt side in 200 Park Avenue. I've been coming here for years and returned there last week. What I like about Naples is thin crust pizza, the separate dining area as well as the takeout and dining areas, which serve a variety of pasta selections. Service is always fast and the price of dining reasonable.

Bigelow's has been here forever, and is virtually unchanged !
The fried soft-bellied clams are KILLER, the best anywhere. The onion rings and fries are freshly made and perfect. Chowder is wonderful. Service is fast and super attentive with servers asking often if everything is to customer liking.
Not super cheap, but great seafood isn't. Good value can be had by ordering half portions or appetizers which are HUGE.
Ambience is lunch counter, but the seafood is Haut Cuisine.

Rockville Centre has become a mecca for all sorts of good eats from the casual to some fancy smancy restaurants. Always a challenge to look for parking but the town loves for you to pay them meters/pay machines with your coordinated #. This great tasting bakery is the perfect place to pick up some sweets for your sweetie or yourself of course. Don't forget to get some of their freshly made java. You'll be so loved.

Restaurant is new; staff is welcoming; flavors are extraordinary and the place is very comfortable. Good spot!
Came from the North Shore to check this eatery out cause many have recommended it to me over the years. All dishes were different, tasty, had a different spin on it. Most dishes are not slenderizing & will fill you up. Salads & lighter meals are offered too. Good service & unusual cocktails. I will come back again perhaps to eat at the bar. The acoustics are poor here as you can’t hear yourself talking at the tables. Open walled kitchen is always nice to see for cleanliness & restrooms were clean & impressive. I recommend this eatery.

We stumbled upon this place visiting friends and were blow away by how quaint the atmosphere was and how incredibly accommodating the owner and his staff were. Our child has food allergies and they stopped to give us their undivided attention to make sure she could order the flavor she wanted. The owner came out to get us untouched containers from the back. He went above and beyond and gained very loyal customers. Plus the ice cream was amazing and the place is adorable.

I forgot our waitress' name. But she was great. We ate their on a Friday night but around 5. We were seated right away. It is small so tables I am sure fill up quickly. It looks like you can eat outside there was a patio with tables and a heater. It was not opened when we were there. My husband and I wanted a quick meal since our son was down the block at a movie party. We had the studded mushrooms for an appetizer. They were so good. I ordered pasta with shrimp and mushrooms and my husband had the carbonara. Could not ask for anything better. Bread came with the meal and we were asked many times if we wanted more. Price is right.

This diner was recommended by friends, as we wished o find a half way point to meet up with friends. We were pleasantly surprised to find an attractive layout, nice sized booths, and great service. There were also some different options on their very extensive menu.

We hadn't been here in years; forgot how wonderful the food is here!
The best baked clams anywhere! We really loved them. Their hot salad is the best!
We had a special order of pasta made- stuffed rigatoni with vodka sauce... truly out of this world!
Family style servings guarantee leftovers for lunch the next day!

I LOVE Indian food . We eat it a lot usually trekking to Hicksville which is far from us. I was looking for closer good Indians restaurants, and discover Raagini. It was surprisingly awesome. I got the paneer tiki masala , and the chicken korma with the stuffed garlic nann. It was excellent! So happy to find great Indian food closer to home. And BYOB is really nice!!
