Reviewed By Amelia MDon't believe any of the pictures that you see that describes this hotel, the pool is closed and probably will never open, nothing about this hotel is described accurately on the website, horrible customer service, very uninviting when you walk in the hotel, the room looks clean but when you actually stay there the bedding doesn't look like it's been washed for a while, a lot of noise, just please take my advice and don't stay at this hotel!

Great Over Night Stay on the Way Home.
Reviewed By tartegirl50This is a great Holiday Inn. Although we only stayed one night after driving 12 hours to get back home. We were so glad they had rooms available, because it was getting late. They gave us a King size bed suite on the 4th floor and I loved it, very pleased. I am a Holiday Inn member, but had my husband go in, so I didn't get the points. Bed was comfortable, shower was great, it was quiet, very clean. Staff was friendly, courteous, helpful. Breakfast was available and not bad as far as complimentary goes, but I'm not a big Breakfast eater to begin with. Overall, a great overnight stay.

The whole place reeked of smoke, although signs everywhere said “a no smoking hotel.” People pounding on windows at 2:30am trying to find their friends. People shouting in the hallway at 3:30am. Outside doors propped open. Not secure!!!! Didn’t feel safe. Bathroom ceiling peeling and protruding down. Instant coffee offered as “breakfast.” No shower pressure. Barely hot water. So disappointed for $110.

Reviewed By Dan EVery friendly, accomodating staff - especially Lalu at the Front Desk - have stayed here a number of times. Know that they have been doing a lot of upgrades (High Speed Internet, Painting, etc..). This is a great location (close to I-75), close to restaurants and a Wal*Mart, great value for the money (Nice updated clean, comfortable rooms with wood floors/Nice beds/Desk/great AC), and very convenient - easy-in and easy-out - just seconds from your car door to your room, and quiet! Also has a nice "scoop" Ice Machine. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value for the price.

Reviewed By D6807KEthomassIt's quiet. The management is patient when necessary and strict when they need to be, They keep the property safe 24/7. There's a business park next door full of professionals. Food is nearby (they have a Big Boy - it's not a Shoney's, but it's as good, to say the least). The interstate is close, but it's not loud. It's a good place. Also, while I was staying there, they ran off some crazy guy, who was apparently dealing drugs and making a ruckus. I saw the cops watching his room, two-by-two and this dude actually tried to run away. Some of that town's finest, in action. Very professional. Franklin's the name of the town. Now I can say I've been through there. Thanks for the room.

Possible setting for zombie movie
Reviewed By opusinNCWhen you drive back to it, the hotel is nicer than everything around it. Admittedly, that's a low bar. The room was fine for the rate and nicer than you would think upon arrival (see note about low bar.) Our refrigerator would cycle up every hour or two with a noise so loud that you thought it was the alarm. Breakfast was skippable, including that the eggs lacked anything resembling taste.
