Wow. A great little find just out from the centre of Lille . A small menu of absolutely lovely food. We enjoyed everything that we ate. The service was helpful, informative and friendly. A really pleasant ambience for our meal. Good value wines ( the Petit Chablis was very reasonable ). It really is a gem of a restaurant ( modern, clean, fresh ); well worth a bit of an effort to get out to.

The restaurant was nice. We ate outside. The terrace was really quiet and sunny. The food was good but slow to arrive. We ordered some starters and they arrived 20mn later. The main course arrived 20mn after the starters. Not a place to eat if you are in a rush! The waiter also made a mistake. One of the main courses was not one we ordered. Had to be sent back to the kitchen and I had to wait another 10mn before being served. The other guests ate while I watched. They had nearly finished their course when mine arrived. It is a shame as the food was simple but tasty and the staff were very friendly. The prices for food and wine were quite reasonableI would still give it another try as they might just have had a bad day.

I was recommended to try Le Point Fix by a local. Really glad I took his advice & made a booking for Lunch. I arrived at 12 & the place was fairly quiet. half an hour later it was packed! Location is great in a picturesque village next to a free car park. Decor & welcome warm & friendly & a great bar for an apero. If you want to practice your French, beware the Maitre D' is passionate about his food & talks full speed if you get him started. That said, everyone spoke really good English & were very friendly. Food was amazing. I had a burger, something I would never order, but I saw one being served to another table. See the photo: Amazing, served with local melted cheese in local artisan bread & those proper chips. My colleague had the Fish Special. That too looked great & he said it was super.

A nice view from the restaurant terrasse over the golf and when you profit by a sunny say, it's really beautiful. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our lunch and the veal kidneys are soaked in a mustard sauce when the wine by the glass is awful, once more as previously: white Sauvignon and red Bordeaux are really bad while expensive enough. There is always some possibility to find better wines for the customers in this range of price. Improvement has also to be found at the kitchen since it's presently worse than before when the cooking was worth tasting.

Having had one or two disappointments recently, it was with some trepidation that we approached this restaurant with its unprepossessing exterior in a quiet backstreet within a stones throw of the wonderful Roubaix Piscine. However, we were in for an agreeable surprise. The service was warm and friendly and the food was well cooked, nicely presented and good value for money. I had liver and onions with Dauphinois potatoes and ratatouille followed by a 'tiramisu speculos'. Both courses were delicious. The bill, including two glasses of rose wine was 42 euros. I definitely recommend this as a very good lunch venue.

Fabulous all restaurant with 20 / 25 seats only. Do reserve a table in advance not to be disappointed!! On this Sunday I was surrounded by three families with children and several local adult couples. They clearly keep this wonderful secret to themselves...On tap they have beautiful artesanal Mongy Blonde beer, from nearby Brasserie Cambier at Croix. 25cl sent me to heaven already!I chose the copious Burger Classique as a meal. What a meal!! Everything BIO and with handmade frites... Yummy!!! This went well with the House Red Wine of theirs. Loved it all...Great start into the collections of Modern Museum of Lille!!!will come back!!!
