Where to start? Warm welcome, escorted to a table... not comfortable where I was sat so asked to be moved... no problem. After that, I waited for some time to order drinks and meal. After eating some lovely but rich meals during the week, all I wanted was a good burger with french fries (usually pretty good as standard in France). After establishing that the bacon was smoked (ordered without) and the cheese would be a very thin slice, I ordered a rare burger. For some reason, the burger salad came on the side rather than in the burger? But the potatoes were not french fries, they were âsteak friesâ. Standard shop bought fries (or oven chips). Nothing was mentioned on ordering and when pointed out to my server, she came back and said âthatâs all we haveâ! I also ordered a mixed side salad for which I was supposed to pay EUR 5+. It was just leaves, no other salad items, with some dressing on salad leaves, some of which had gone off and were slimy! Seriously, Crowne Plaza restaurant, serve what you say you will serve or give people a choice up front. Shocking food for a French restaurant! The trainee server was fabulous and handled the situation very well. The rest of the staff, including the manager, couldnât have cared less about their âclientsâ.
Câétait nickel, jâai pris en livraison et câétait rapide, et dans les temps. Livreur gentil, pizza très bonne et bien garnies. Je recommande !

The Trivium invites you to enjoy an exceptional meal before or after your flight at Paris - Charles de Gaulle airport. Our flagship restaurant offers a creative international menu, a selection of cocktails and an elegant setting
For an airport hotel restaurant Le Trivium is actually very good. I was impressed to see white tablecloths and an extensive wine list. The food was perfect. Surprisingly good. However, the service was bad. Over dinner I was served by 4 different employees. Never the same person. I never received a refill on water, nobody ever asked how my meal was, and nobody ever offered more wine. I would have gladly ordered more wine had I been asked. I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again if I was staying at the Marriott airport hotel, but a little bit of effort to serve guests would go a long ways. Especially at an international hotel.

As a free included breakfast, overall it's not bad but it's not good either and it should be, it's a Hyatt. The restaurant seems to have everything they need to succeed but the execution needs improvement. The atmosphere of the room is open airy and nice, the servers were attentive. But the food was not appealing to the eye or appetite. Plus there were fruit flies flying around the fruits and other open food. I saw at least three, but who's counting! Sorry but the chef had difficulty with a basic omelette but no worries we were challenged to get a good omelette or just two good old pan fried eggs the whole 2 weeks we were in Paris. The coffee was bitter and all three pitchers of dairy were empty. Luckily there is a variety of food selections so we were able to find some nibbles to eat but it was a shame to waste all that potential.

La Terrasse, our traditional-cooking restaurant welcomes you in a local French atmosphere. Enjoy a buffet or a grill menu starting at 13.50â¬. Come and enjoy a sunny lunch on our terrace.
We checked in at the IBIS CDG (and queued up for the privilege) on a Saturday evening in June.We thought we'd head downstairs for a light dinner. What a mistake!First , we queued to get a table. Then we sat for ages waiting for our orders to be taken. There seemed to be some sort is system there and they were taken more or less in order of arrival. But then, any semblance of order went out the window.Drinks orders arrived, or got spilled, or were delivered incorrectly, or in our case didn't arrive until our meals arrived and we prompted them again. The waiters were run off their feet, literally. The guy who took our order and mostly looked after U.S. Was running. The meal was overlooked and left to get cold before being delivered to our table. We had to beg for dessert. Our order was already written on a docket on our table but the overworked waiters wouldn't take the order to the kitchen. The final insult (or so I thought) was having to line up to pay. The girl couldn't read the docket so I had to tell her what we ate. She couldn't tell us the price in English (this is a global chain hotel in an international airport) and she couldn't calculate the change correctly.Avoid this place at all costs. I suggest you would be much better off buying one of the packaged meals and some drinks next door and eating in your room. This place is a disgrace.
