We wanted some fuel to take on the beach opposite and walked in here with low expectations as it looked scruffy from outside and was on the main road. How wrong we were. Spoilt for choice we chose a couple of paninis which were then made just for us. They were good value and yummy too.Toute l'équipe du RDV vous remercie et vous souhaite de très bonnes vacances .

While this may notionally be a 'sports bar' it is a typical French brasserie with delicious food, a very welcoming atmosphere and attentive service. All of us (adults and children 12-16) enjoyed our food, judging by the lack of leftovers! Highly recommend the Tuna tartare and the moules. Sit on the terrace and enjoy the water misters keeping you cool, people watching and good French fare.

From breakfast to aperitif, come to visit us to our italian Caffè. Cappuccino, Latte macchiato, Fresh juices, famous big milkshake, Ice Coffe, paninis, sandwiches... But also a short page of tipical dishes, Buratta, some new in with truffle ingredient, ne
We were staying nearby and didn't fancy another big breakfast at 25 euros. You can have too much 'open wallet surgery' in this part of the riviera and sometimes you just need a break.I just wanted a decent coffee and fresh croissant and hot chocolate for the kids and my wife wanted a latte and this was the place we chose. You can see the fish swimming about at the end of the restaurant as they have a small outdoor seating area/patio, and the whole place is relaxed and charming. My kids thought the little cat that takes the coin when you leave a tip in the 'tips jar' was hilarious so try it, you'll see what you mean.Nice place and we will be back soon.

Although you can wait a very very long time for any service there is a great section of wine & the tapas is good. So glad the very young waitress has left has never met such a rude person. Thank you for your comments, we apologise for the slow service, we are very stretched at peak times. With regards to our Romanian waitress we can only say we are sorry you perceived her as a rude person perhaps due to her lack of english and poor french, she was a very bubbly and generally liked member of staff who had been employed for july and august onlyWe hope to see you again on your next visit!

I love the Open Bistro, the food is always good and beautifully presented. There is a warm, friendly atmosphere and it is a great experience. There is plenty of choice on the menu, and so many fantastic dishes. Even though we only manage to visit twice a year, because our holiday home is too far away, the chef always remembers us and greets us. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Unfortunately, the original waitress who was there when the Bistro first opened, has left, and our only reservation is that her replacement does not seem as enthusiastic or friendly. However, the food is memorable!Dear MiriamThank you for sharing your experience at l'Open Bistro. We are pleased to read that you have enjoyed your diner in our restaurant. We are the image of our customers: nice, attentive and pleasant ... so it's thanks to you!Hoping to have you again very soon in our restaurant during a future stay in Cogolin.

Special village house with all the charm of Provence that we imagine. Attentive service and refined Mediterranean cuisine with fresh seasonal products. Establishment part of the network of Masters Restaurateurs of France
This restaurant deserves it Michelin award as it is everything you want and more. It values first class food without succumbing to modern fads. It is beautifully cooked and presented and effortless served in a truly elegant and relaxing space. There is also a small terrace. Located in beautiful Grimaud, I always go there whenever in this part of the world. It is specially and totally unpretentious. The menu offers an array of tempting dishes fairly priced whilst the lunch menu is a bargain and includes wine. You will not be disappointed.
