I would have given three and a half stars to this establishment. After all our appetizers were fairly good and the pasta aglio, olio and peperoncino and the pizza with tuna and onions were surprisingly tasty. What I want to critisize is the total lack on management skills by the front guy who seems busier with with is cell phone than say: taking orders, delivering food or cleaning up tables for the next customers. After finishing our dinner, I got my pasta 6 or 7 minutes before my wife got her pizza, we were amused to see that several customers were treated to the same sloppy delivery of food. Others waited for a long time just to send an order in. Others were seated at dirty tables while no immediate attempt was being made by the guy in charge to clean the mess. Only another server, a young female, appear to be taking orders. When I was ready to pay the bill, the cook came out of the kitchen to run the credit card. Immagine. This place runs on fumes. Too bad, it could deliver with a different front guy who seemed only intent to speak in his cell phone.

It's a pizza place. A good one. Better than my other experience with La Boite a Pizza. Cheaper and twice the size. I ordered the biggest one they had because of my earlier disappointment with La Boite in terms of size. This was perhaps a foolish move. When Pizza Maestro say it's a grande pizza they are not exaggerating. It was huge. Nevertheless I ate the whole thing. By myself. I'm not proud of it but it was a very tasty pizza. It's near the University so I'm guessing a lot of students might get their takeaways from here. They are very lucky to have a source of reasonably priced well made pizza. The pizza dude was also a nice bloke.

Close to the cathedral, great inside and outside eating! Friendly staff and really good food! The desert menu must not be avoided, go for the profiteroles!

While visiting in Clermont-Ferrand, my daughter recommended Il Visconti. Delicious food served in an intimate and cozy atmosphere with very good service, friendly and welcoming staff. Our entire family enjoyed a wonderful lunch here. The plat du jour or the menu items offer dishes for everyone. We enjoyed it so much, that my husband and I returned for a second lunch visit. I highly recommend the linguine alla vongole.....excellent, perfectly prepared or the pumpkin risotto which is unusual and delicious. Make reservations! This is a popular restaurant with limited seating.

Don't like tapas much and was a bit worried about getting a plate full of greasy pasta. Not the case had the 15euro menu and a plate full of Italian delights. They all tasted very different. Textures varied, as well as the looks. Super bottle of Italian rose with the meal. A definite visit again. We were very lucky to get in as the place was full only a small table for 2 left, we were 3 so they kindly got another chair. Very friendly servers.

We came here for lunch. The restaurant I understand is new but had quite good ratings. The service is average, not fantastic: we had 2 waiters one who was very amiable, and a female who was extremely rude to us and forgot most of what she was in charge to serve us (bread, salt etc). Now I give only two stars because outside of the service, the food was a real deception. We all got their most expensive dishes (entrecôte with ratatouille, pommes sautées, tagliatelle) and there was no taste, no seasoning effort... It was sad to eat and I felt ripped to be charged so much for this insipid meal. We left without dessert or coffee and won't come back.
