Le chef Serge Vigouroux, fort de ses 35 années dâexpériences, crée son menu a chaque saisons, composé de produits frais, de qualités et labellisés, tout est réalisé par ses soins et 100% maison.
Chose this restaurant as a result of reviews on TA. The service was fine, the starters and desserts excellent, but the much vaunted seven hour cooked lamb was disappointing. It was served warm rather than hot, and the accompanying vegetables were either reheated or over cooked- or both. Also, we ate table dâdote but were charged a la carte...... naughty! Weâll find somewhere else next time.......

My wife and I walked by this beautiful little restaurant at lunchtime, reviewed the dinner menu and made a reservation. It was a great choice! The restaurant is located in the common area at the intersection of three quiet streets. We ordered scallops and lamb and both were great. We combined it with a reasonably priced bottle of Sauvignon. We finished the meal with an assortment of bite sized sweets-fantastic! Service was attentive but not intrusive. Definitely will go back!

Helpful staff, gorgeous location, lovely room, super pool. The hotel has been tastefully and beautifully modernised and redecorated mixing the old with new, so it retains its character whilst providing all modern amenities. It's close to Aix TGV (not Aix Centre -note!) train station, and a 15 minute drive into Aix town.I am dying to go back!

Mediteranean and local food. All products are organic and fresh. The restaurant is outside the city center but you can let your car on our private park. It's localized between MA TERRE (shop of organic vegetables ands fruits) and LA FABRIQUE (organic and
Modern spacious decor and fine fresh foods pleasingly presented. We are not organic fanatics and we still found this restaurant a cut above most places around. It is also one of the few places that do NOT feature a television and where the tables are set far enough apart that you can actually talk to your friends over the meal. Primarily a lunch place but hopefully they will add more evenings soon. The daily dishes are reasonably priced, the menu items a bit more but worth it. The cafe gourmand is really gourmand with three or four scrumptious and not that little desserts. Save room for it....Thanks for your comment. We appreciate your note about place in the restaurant and about quantities in the dishes et desserts. All is organic et home made. The daily dish cost 15 ⬠with a coffee or tee. You can eat quickly if you want.See you soon at Biochef

Invited her for lunch by a company I was visiting. I was at first a bit surprised when we drove onto a local highway and sudden pullet in at a small hotel, situated just next to the highway. At first it could seem like a strange place, but judging from the number of guests attending the place on an ordinary Tuesday at noon, it seemed popular. My hosts decided for foie gras to share for starters, which was quite good, fresh with a plum or prune marmalade accompanying it, together with toasted bread and fresh bread. A local white (Château Simone Palette Blanc 2014) went fantastic together with the foie gras - this wine was excellent. For the main course I chose a Boeuf Tartare - as the rest of my family is not very much in raw meat, I seized the moment and went for it. It was really good meat together with some sauces and fresh, homemade french fries. We stayed with the local red (Château Simone Palette Rouge 2013) which also as a great wine, but not the same league as the white in my opinion. After two courses I only had room for a coffee, but some of the guests in my party went all in for a Caffé Gourmet, which seemed very delicious. This was indeed a pleasant surprise - recommendable.

Place look very nice, But food is average at best, service is also very average, they don't know their menu nor can they explain their dishes properly. Not rude staff but just not good either. Forgot to bring some drink and clearly overwhelmed. think the whole thing need a bit more work if it want to step out of the tourist trap category. Potential explanation being they just opened so might worth trying again in few monthsDear BillyOneil,Thanks for your note. We are sorry for the unpleasantness. I can't let you tell us that the food is not good. The food product are fresh and it's an homemade cooking. You seems to not speak french, it could be difficult for someone who not speak english well to explain all the menu!
