This will be our second visit to this establishment on the birthday of my father in-law Saturday 14th february 2015 and what a fantastic time we all had( a party of 8 people). This establishment is very popular due to it;s very warm and positive atmosphere, excellent decor and the staff are excellent and professional and extremy; attentive to there guests. The menu was delightful with a selection of 4 different starters, main courses and desserts, especially done for Valentines day.M Christina has an excellent stoch of fine wines and digestives to temp any taste buds, overall the food is of high quality, cooked to perfection and very mouth watering.I would recommend if you are in Chateaubriant then you must visit this restaurant you will not be disappointed.Thank you to all the staff for making this occasassion fantastic and the birthday cake fireworks also it was a nice surprise.A big Merci.

Stayed at the hotel with my wife so we had dinner here rather than go into town. Being a hotel restaurant out of town rather than just a restaurant in town I thought the food was likely to be pretty ordinary - butt it was a lot better than I expected. Prices were acceptable and the wine was reasonable - dinner for the two of us was EUR 56.40 all in.

We visited this stylish restaurant and had an excellent meal, together with great service. We found our set meal around 30 euros superb value for the quality, taste and presentation of the food. Indeed we had an inferior meal nearby and paid 25 euros each for it! Also, we did not find the price for our wine at all exorbitant, as has been mentioned in other reviews. Altogether an excellent evening. Don't miss this extremely fine restaurant.

Situated in the heart of Chateaubriant this restaurant presented an inviting image with a choice of outside dining or eating in the cool clean cut modern interior. What had started as a stopover on a Thursday mid-day for coffee ended up opting for the special 2-course lunch menu at just 9 euros per person. Once seated the orders were promptly taken and in no time at all drinks were served, followed by starters of salade de gesiers and goats cheese. In due course the mains dishes of brochette of beef accompanied on the skewer with onions, tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms arrived served on a bed of salade verte.Overall, we found the service efficient, polite and very quick. Our party enjoyed the starters and the main courses, although it has to be said that the brochettes of beef (one ordered cooked medium and the other well done) were tasty but a little tough being rather difficult to cut and correspondingly somewhat chewy. For a total bill of a little under 28 euros including drinks we considered the cost very reasonable and would certainly make a return visit, if only perhaps next time to try out their house speciality Pizza!
