We had an evening meal in Le Patio during a recent trip to Vallon. The restaurant has a lovely middle court yard, that really has an indoor feeling despite being outdoor. The menu offered a mix of French and Moroccan style dishes. I had fois gras salad, followed by a lamb tagine, both meals were really nice. As a warning they do not accept credit or debit cards

The food was correct. I ordered the trout that was said to be local on the menu. We got salmon trout that can not be local as it is not found in the region. The decor is not very nice much better places in the area.bonjour merci pour votre commentaire , je tenez juste a vous précisez que vous pouvez très bien trouvez de la truite saumonée en Ardèche . il aurait était préférable de mieux vous renseigner avant de mètre votre avis sur le site .

-Location: 4/5 (minimal, but beautiful view of the canyon)-Menu: 3/5 (good selection)-Service: 3/5 (quite organised)-Price quality: 4/5 (good price quality ratio)Come here if you are looking for a fast, on average quality and service and not too expensive solution in the Gorges de l'Ardeche. We came after kayaking. The restaurant was very crowded, and quality and service were definitely impacted by it. We had different dishes, from meat to fish. Overall we were satisfied.

Sat for a meal when there was music playing across the road, in the square. Was pleasant evening having accompanied music with the food.Ended up having pizzas across the 3 of us... pizzas for 3 of us. Each of them were pretty bland, and had little topping (the pizza take-away place next door was better).Service was OK. Worth trying, as always looked popular. Seemed to accommodate larger groups more easily than other restaurants.

They have a nice terrace with and ambience. They have taken precautions for the heat, so it's comfortable to stay there. The way they serve their cocktails and drinks are very creative! Had the best ice-coffee there (it's not on the menu though, that's a shame!)Merci à vous!Au plaisir de vous revoir.L'équipe des Remparts
