Great for lunch break between shopping and movie (there is cinema round the corner). They have nice choice of burgers and salads for those who prefer healthier options. I chose BBQ Burger and it was massive! Steak was huge. I asked for well done and it was perfect. Burger was served with hand cut fries, side salad and sauce. Service was nice and quick. You can pay there with cheques restaurant.

taken here by my French friends who do like quality food. A very interesting place. It is mainly downstairs, it has an extensive beer menu (remember you are in the beer drinking part of France) and an extensive whiskey menu!The food is not too expensive, despite other comments on TA, especially for the size of the portions. There are also many regional specialities.If you are in the area use it. Closed Sunday

We had lunch in this restaurant on a Sunday and the place which does not look much from outside was buzzing inside with families and couples. We chose flammekueche and carbonade flamande and both were very good. All the waiters were attentive and the food came promptly. This is a good place to have lunch if you are doing some shopping in the area.Bonjour, Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire. We visited here on our first night in Lille, having heard good things about it.Itâs a great beer bar with about 20 different beers on at any time. Plenty of choice, lots of variety, and a really friendly bar.Would highly recommend.

We had chosen this restaurant from various guidebooks and it did not disappoint. We were a party of 14 and they coped with us very well. The waiter was superb and the food was outstanding. The decor was very pleasant and was extremely art deco!We were warmly greeted and were offered amuses bouche, which were very good. The meal itself was great with every course being well presented and delicious.It is in a rundown sort of area but quite near the centre and I would recommend it unhesitatingly to anyone coming by Eurostar for the day. It was easily the best meal we had, and although not cheap, was good value for money as the food was very good.We would go there again!Dear serge, the team of the restaurant Le Court Debout in Lille thanks you for your very positive comment and your photos posted on Tripadvisor.
