When we first came to Jausiers 10 years ago, Nico was selling his pizza from a hut in the car park, and I recall that it was very good. Well, itâs good to see that his hard work has paid off and he now has more substantial premises in the village centre. More to the point - the pizza is still absolutely top class. The thin bases have a light crunch round the edges but, importantly, they also retain that essential âfoldabilityâ that identifies good bases. And the toppings are generous, tasty and perfectly moist.It was very busy when we visited, but the service was very good. And here is a tip - just because there are a lot of people inside the restaurant, donât assume that they will all be in front of you in the pizza queue, as it seems that a lot of the locals happily use Nicoâs like a local pub.

Après un séjour en pleine montagne avec un berger, après 3 jours de marche intenssive. En descendant, nous somme tombé sur cette pizzeria.Les pizzas sont excellentes. La pâte est fine, les produirs sont frais. Très bon rapport qualité prix. L'accueil est super, très sympatique. Environnement calme et reposant dans un chalet tout en bois, avec de beaux arbres et de belles fleurs à l'entrée. Idéal pour une petite pause à la ferme, entourés de poules et de chevaux. Pas de carte bleu, chèque acceptés.

Ate here on our previous visit. Behind the Tourist centre, so don't miss it. A charming restaurant with a humungous great pizza oven. Very happy, friendly staff, I had lasagne and chocolate mousse, he had pizza and sorbet. It was all fabulous. A really lovely find

En proximité des pistes, petit restaurant où lâon peut déguster de bonnes crêpes, pizza et autres plats. Accueil chaleureux et sympa, nourriture de qualité, mobilier original.Nous reviendrons !
