We came out of the Omaha Beach Museum and the Magasin General was right across the street. It looked so quaint. We just had to go inside to eat, as the chalk board signs out front enticed us with its menu. We were not disappointed. We enjoyed quiche lorraine and a warm ham and cheese sandwich. Each came with a nice green salad. I admit that we shared a pan chocolate BEFORE our meal. Delicious. Half of the inside sells wine, sweets, honey, jams, and the other half has 4 tables for eating. Everything very clean and fresh. We even bought some soft caramels on the way out!

This is a recommendation of the camp site, on which the restaurant resides. We came across this camp site by chance as the others in the area were crowded with kids and lots of people. We really enjoyed this little lovely spot. The hosts did everything to help us and make the stay nice.Can certainly be recommended.

Je connais ce cuisinier et sa femme ils font de la pâtisserie à tomber par terre je me rappelleavoir goûté une soupe de camembert simplement génial

It was a little difficult to find. It's not on the "port road" next to the water, but one street behind. Great food. We were the only English-speakers in the place - a good sign when locals go there!
