We stopped off at this tiny hole-in-the-wall place while cycling the Passa Pais / Vois Verte and we're very glad we did. The delicious, thin-crust pizzas are made in a wood fired oven (feu de bois) which we washed down with a lovely pichet of rose wine, which made the afternoon's cycling a bit harder!It only has 3 stools to sit down inside, but outside there were wooden benches. The staff are friendly and we ended up chatting with them and a few of the local regulars and sharing the cook's birthday cake - many thanks!They had about 15-20 pizzas priced at around 9-10 euros each, and are simply served in cardboard pizza boxes.

Chez Gillou takeaway pizza never disappoints! Fantastic variety, crisp and light, never greasy, and they will even do a "half and half" for sharing - brilliant if you have a smaller appetite! As there can be a long wait, it's always worth phoning your order through beforehand. This year, you could enjoy a glass of wine on the seats outside while you waited for your pizza. Great value, great food. Just add salad!

Don't be put off by the initial appearance from the outside, this is a work in progress....however the pizzas are fantastic wood fired and good value. The owners are really friendly although do not speak english. There is a rear garden to sit in in the summer
