Fantastic meal last evening with our family. Fantastic. The restaurant was busy but the service was nevertheless attentive and excellent. As usual the food was top. The âlittle Perche du Lacâ were particularly good. Overall, a fantastic fantastic meal and evening.

Vaud old building, 2 rooms welcome you (Pinte Vaudoise and Salon) for you to discover its seasonal specialties prepared by us based on raw, fresh, local and seasonal products : - Swiss stale beef on bone 7 weeks (tartare inn way, prime rib, steak, sirloin
Food was great! very delicious. However, there was one person handling the whole restaurant which meant that we waited for the menu, we waited for plates to be cleared, and waited for water, and waited to pay, having to remind her each time she passed by, with very limited eye-contact which was rude. Add another staff member and it could be a great place to dine. As it stands, I would not recommend because a pricey dining experience should include good service, which is currently missing.

New restaurant in town (actually in a small place called Borex). In a new building they tried to have a barn decoration (not managed that well).A Swiss restaurant, yet very much french (e.g. don't even try to eat their bread - sponge).A menu showing something for everybody (means not yet determined what they want to be).Supposed to be cosy, but just doesn't feel right yet. Let's give them another try in 6 months or so to see if they improve

26 sur Vin is a place where the finest Swiss red wines meet the finest sole food around. Best Western Hotel had the daring idea to create a new restaurant at Chavannes-de-Bogis : 26 sur Vin « SWISS WINE RESTAURANT ». Offering a menu inspired by the spirt
the setting of the restaurant in Best Western is superb, but the service and quality of food, were both terrible. its attached to a wide lawn overlooking the a large landscape that melts into fields and eventually Lake Geneva. They were busy the night i was there, but that is still no excuse to get 2 orders wrong (soup instead of salad) and then taking an hour to prepare the veal and serve it. and after it was served... it turned out to be just awful, chewy and not well-prepared at all, especially when you are paying CHF36 for this dish... and despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, they could not do much about it.Hope the Best Western chain gets something positive from this unfortunately, negative review.Dear Mr Huzefac, Thank you for your comment about your recent experience at 26surVIN. It is very important to us to receive your feed-back in terms of improvement. We are sorry to read you did not like this moment, and will get back to you very shortly, as you were kind to write to us directly, after your first comment on Google.Once again, we will make sure your next stay in Best Western Chavannes-de-Bogis will meet your expectations.Kind regards, The Management Team

That gourmet moment to be savoured with passion Fluffy mousses, fried foie gras, delicately seasoned fish from the lake, noble meats stuffed with berries, home-made deserts... An inspired menu that evolves with the seasons ; gastronomy enriched with an i
Versoix has many good restaurants and the vieux-port is one of the best in my opinion. The service is excellent, the food is delicious, innovative, nouvelle cuisine inspired and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is warm and friendly.

Le Country is one of Genevaâs newest venues for gourmet dining. In an âEnglish club houseâ atmosphere, Chef Thomas Duchemin and his team propose a classic âclubâ menu as well as a ârestaurantâ menu with sophisticated dishes that will delight sports practi

Charming village Auberge, just across the French border in the Canton Vaud. Very peaceful tranquil setting, the terrace is available during the summer months. We had filet de perche (different sauces available), with potatoes and a salad. The fish arrives on its own frying pan keeping the food hot. The menu is not extensive but enough to choose from. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Many locals were dining the evening we were there (mid-week), always a good sign. Plenty of parking opposite.Merci â

It is hard if not impossible to understand how anybody could express disappointment with this quite exceptional auberge. From the simplicity of the popular cafe to the sophistication of the restaurant, this is a mecca for fine dining. There is a wide choice a la carte and the food is cooked to,perfection. Service is attentive, courteous and friendly and epitomises the highest traditions of Swiss hospitality.Specialities include a Caribbean fish chowder, which one can self-medicate by the addition of spied sherry and black rum poured from bottles brought to the table. I have not ydet found another establishment offering this dish which is so poleasing to the palate and also nourishing for one's hunger. The cheese trolley is also quite staggering, offering a rich variety of about 30 different cheeses, both soft and hard. There is an excellent, if pricey, wine-list and a glass of champagne or champagne cocktail will set you back CHF 18 but, in all fairness, it is a quality champagne and not a run-of-the-mill variety. The restaurant is very tastefully restored and the tables are sufficiently spaced to maintain conversations reasonably discreet.Back again next week for a corporate Christmas dinner with a set menu. I do not intend to be disappointed!

Finally got round to eating here. The restaurant is from the "belle époque".Warm and cozy.Service is excellent and attentive. The "patron" is very present and takes pride in his business.Loved the starters.Excellent mussle emulsion, velouté,soupe de poisson and Tomme salad. The main courses were as follows:Good filet de Boeuf. Okay scallops.Rendered a bit of water. Excellent Fish filet. Unfortunately the Filet de Perches were not up to the mark.Greasy and not very appealing.Shame because its really an easy local dish. The julienne de legumes were lovely, fresh and crisp.A great place to go and deserves every bit of praise you read.

We had a good meal here, but not as good as we were hoping. The service was excellent, staff attentive and helpful but the menu was quite small and the prices high for what it was and the food was a bit disappointing
