Firstly the smell of raw sewage outside needs to be sorted out. Secondly air conditioning it was like a sauna inside no available out door tables. Thirdly although food looked good staff didn't speak any English and were very unhelpful when tried to decifer the menu. Would not return or recommend.

Under the veranda or on the terrace, a spectacle is guaranteed in front of the sea and in the plate. Come to taste specialties of fresh fish as well as crepes and craft cakes. Recommended favorite in the Michelin Practical - Petit fute - Express Gourmand
This is a lovely beach front restaurant with some well cooked / well assembled dishes. The grilled sardines were fresh, well seasoned and well cooked. A goats cheese galette also provided a light but very tasty lunch. Some great ice creams also added to a surprisingly good lunch, I noted that pizzas could also be ordered from the next door pizza place to the table too.

Le Cavok welcomes you every day from 10 am to 00 am. Largest sunny terrace in Carnac. Biggest wine selection by the glass in our wine bar where you can share some large cold cuts boards or cheese boards. We play all the premier league games. You can also
Satisfactory little bistro tin a town overflowing with then. Generally friendly waiting staff had to be reminded of a few things, but helpful none the less.Food was some good quality shellfish to start followed by a goats cheese salad, burger and steak tartare...all grand and plates cleared. Not cheap at nearly â¬100 for the above, which included 3 glasses of wine, soft drinks and coffee, but about the going rate for the town.

This is the best place to get lobster, crab, shrimp, etc....You can call early too to get some platters done for you to take home to a party. Or you can also eat there for lunch with a wonderful view. They offer lovely wine too, If you are planning to eat there, bring a nice fresh baguette.

More or less in the middle of nowhere, Ty Bag (the boathouse) for those with a yen for translation, was open at exactly the right time for us to to drop in for oysters, langoustines, palourdes and dessert - home made apple tart and Far Bretonne (look it up).All wonderful and reasonably priced.Very good indeed Friendly staff.

Thank you to all the staff at La Brigantine. We had a wonderful evening. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was gorgeous. Traditional, the best on offer and delicious. We (parents) delighted to eat some fabulous seafood. 3 kids happy to eat what they got (it doesnât serve kids food). Plus puddings as big as their heads! We walked home happy!

Vente au détails et dégustation sur place bordée par l'océanâ¦Huîtres, crevettes, palourdes, bulots et rillettes de poisson. En plus, à emporter homards bretons et tourteaux vivants.
We are definitely oyster lovers and have eaten them in many places on different continents and can only admit that these served by Serge Cochennec and his family were top.For a price that in a restaurant would maybe get you 4 oysters, you get a serving of 9 with some bread (not the most fresh but who cares?) and a small glass of wine. Yes, the glass is small but in a typically French way, the bottle is half way anyway and left on the table. The owner and family are most friendly and clearly enjoy being complimented but rightfully so. These oysters are simply top and so are the palourdes.I do not usually exaggerate but if you did not stop here while in Carnac, you missed something.

Service was excellent as was the food. This was our second visit to this delightful venue. Since our last visit, the restaurant has added a wooden terrace. It's off the beaten track but well worth making the effort to find. We sat on the terrace as we had our dogs with us and, although it was windy, the glass railings provided shelter. The inside of the restaurant is beautifully appointed and gives a fine dining experience. It's immaculate. The owners are a young couple and are enthusiastic and very friendly. We had a seafood platter which was copious and beautifully presented.
