We've eaten here a couple of times as a couple in the evening and yesterday we went for lunch with our daughter and her two friends. Because of the weather we booked to eat inside but when we got there we didn't realise the 'Fete de la Maussane' was on and the atmosphere was great so we decided to take a chance on the weather and eat outside. We had the mussels, crab spring rolls and salade nicoise as starters followed by the St Jacques (specials menu), moules a la creme and marmite du pecheur (see photos) as a main course followed by a couple of desserts. We will be going back ;-)The service was excellent as per the previous occasions - very friendly staff.and found the food to be very good. The staff were very professional

Nine of us dined her for lunch in late May. We were seated in a lovely outdoor patio with umbrellas shielding us from the sun. Assorted plants included baby artichokes, a plate of sliced ham, and smoked salmon. Entrees included rack of lamb which needed to be ordered by two people, red mullet, and rabbit. The food was excellent as was the service. The restaurant is a short drive from Arles and well worth the effort to get there. Highly recommended.

Homade Moroccan food (couscous, tajines, grilled meats and fishes, oriental pastries...) 35 places with a small, quiet and shady terrasse, and air-conditioned dining room. Open in 2004. Main courses : 17 to 23⬠; menus 25 and 30⬠(3 courses). English spok
This local café has been providing delicious North African meals for several years, and they make good use of the local sensibilities surrounding Provence culinary ingredients while maintaining a dedication to authentic cuisine from Morocco. The service is unfailingly reliable and friendly and the food is wonderful: we particularly enjoy the tagines. Everything is fresh and fragrant, so it is easy to feel transported by the spices and the citrus, the lamb, the perfectly seasoned and cooked vegetables. This is a very cheerful place to stop for a meal.

Situated in the heart of the mediterranean garden, The Benvengudo restaurant in Baux de Provence is a true culinary experience where cooking is an art. Chef Thomas Voisin went through prestigious French starred houses before settling in the Benvengudo res
In a valley neat Les Baux, this newly renovated and adapted hotel on the base of an old farmstead there is receiving its guests in very well equipped and spacious rooms with nice views of the valley and the surrounding rocks. Comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms. Perfect service. Large outside pool. Gravel on all ways from parking to and between the buildings makes the transport of baggage a bit difficult and the baggage and trousers dirty.Excellent restaurant with food in Michelin-starred quality. Excellent regional wine list, perfect service. Not cheap, but really worth the stay, best for more than just one night as we had.Dear Georggoetzelmann,Thank you very much for such a nice review about your experience at Benvengudo. We are delighted to read that you appreciated your dinner, the wine list and the service. We had my motherâs birthday party at Franckâs place. Fish soup was excellent and the lamb and beans too. A special birthday cake (aux 3 chocolats) was produced ex nihilo during the meal, the restaurant didnât know it was a birthday party when we arrived. We had lunch in the wine cellar which created a feel good atmosphere. Food is superb, staff very friendly and helpful, the only attention point is that staff was a bit to eager to sell that extra bottle of wine, which we did not refuse but did not really need...

Visited September 2018 for dinner. The welcome was ok, the food was good but simple and lacking a real Provencal touch. Tuna tartare, artichoke tart and beef filet. Ate better at Tata Simone the day before - much better in fact.Service was ok, but lacking provencal warmth and empathy. The chef has big poster in the courtyard, stating his qualifications. It would be nicer to have him visit the client tables after their meal.CP & CP Family

The service was slow, no two ways about it. On arrival many seated diners but very little food in evidence. The menu is limited and confused. Starters of foie gras included soup, ice cream and creme broullee. The broullee was more scrambled eggs than creme. Personally I would have preferred some foie gras and maybe some toasts. After an interminable wait the main course meats were good, although why veal requires curry sauce or beef bbq sauce is perhaps a sign of an insecure chef trying too hard. The veal was requested pink but served medium. Dessert was OK but no idea what it was. The waitress spilled my coffee in my lap and it took three attempts to get the bill. Overall, my lasting impression is how few customers were smiling, and how many seemed frustrated by the inattentive service.

"What about some couscous?" I said, as we looked around the generally unpromising town of St-Martin-de-Crau on our way back from a gruelling investigation of the Camargue,So we went in and sat down in this completely empty (Thursday night) restaurant. And we ordered couscous and some Moroccan rosé.Mine was a couscous with brochettes of lamb; Karen went for chicken.Delicious. Substantial. Not fancy, but who wants fancy really? This is traditional food done well. Harissa was brought on request.Fairly priced, and the wine? Moroccan wine? Yes, bring it on. A very nice vin gris of Cinsault and Grenache,

We dinned in this restaurant and have no regrets. It is a fish restaurant hence the reason for our choice. Besides the good quality of the products we had a chance to experience oysters with echalotte vinaigrette and rye bread (that is a local tradition the waiter explained it to us). My husband had Saint Pierre and I had the fisherman's dish (assiete du pecheur). Nothing to complain about. It was plenty and delicious. Again served with a touch of local traditions. We even ordered deserts which is something we seldom do. The service is professional and effective. We will be back for the bouillabese for sure. If you think of dinning here and would like to try a bouillabese contact 48 hours before. We do recommend.
