This was originally an Auberge but under the care of Karine and husband chef Stephane has bloomed into a small hotel in a beautiful position just outside of the main town. Excellent restaurant and beautiful rooms, swimming pool, terraces and private parking. Truly wonderful staff who all display the same high service standard a real gem. We stayed 3 nights and could happily stayed longer.

A group of about 30 of us of assorted nationalities had booked for lunch in mid-February at Le Cevenol, which was greatly enjoyed. There was probably a similar number of people already eating when we arrived. The busy staff coped extremely well with such a busy lunchtime, smiling, helpful and very efficient. We had a pre-booked group lunch of 3 courses, with 3 choices for each course, wine and coffee for about â¬23 - extremely good value for a really good lunch.I chose cheese soup (sounds odd but was delicious), steak with chips, perfectly au point as ordered, and canât remember which of the desserts I had, but as a fussy eater I can say each course was really tasty and very nicely presented. Bottles of wine, red, white and rosé, arrived whenever they were getting low, brought by cheerful staff. We will very happily return to eat at Le Cevenol.merci de la part de toute l'équipe

This trendy restaurant proposes typical local food. Sitting in the street, you watch cars (few !) passing and one feels like in south Italy, really âon vacationâ. The tables placed on asphalt are light and not really stable... be careful to not have your wine on the trousers. Service was very friendly and efficient; the food is served rather rapidly. That day we decided to go for duck breast. We would suggest the waiter stresses it is typically served very (but very) raw and asks if some guest would not prefer it less raw... For the rest, the preparations were very tasty and we are convinced, made from fresh products. Attention, payment only in cash. This deserves to be changed.

Improvised lunch with my wife during a 3-day trip in the beautiful region of Anduze.L'O Ã la bouche was recommended to us by a local shop-owner who said they were only using fresh ingredients from the market. The restaurant is located in the centre of the town, in a predominantly pedestrian area, scattered with many tourist shops. The layout and the decoration are pretty simple but the overall impression was good and clean. We were there on a very hot day and several fans were put around the tables, desperately trying to cool down an overheated atmosphere.Service was very friendly and efficient, despite the fact that the place was packed at lunch time. The daily menu was short (3 starters/3 main courses/3 desserts) but diversified and really appetizing. We indeed found the food not only very fresh and tasty but pretty innovative and surprisingly refined considering the listed price of the menu (around 25EUR for 3 courses). My wife had fish and I had meat and both were perfectly cooked and served with several tasty side dishes in small portions. My dessert (chocolate "fondant" with "piment d'espelette" and cream was truly original and very pleasant). We did congratulate the Chef for the quality of his offering.I do recommend this restaurant if you happen to visit Anduze. Value for money is very far above usual standards.

This restaurant was recommended to us as we love good fish but it is not easy to find. The restaurant does not look very appealing from outside but it has a modern and trendy interior with an open kitchen. They have a lunch menu starting at just 16⬠for the main course, 19⬠for main + dessert or starter + main or 22⬠for a 3 meal course. This is worth every Euro. The quality of the food is excellent and served in a very nice way. They give you time to enjoy lunch and are very friendly. They also have main course from the menu and the bouillabaisse is just awesome. They serve an excellent rosé wine at just 20⬠a bottle.I will definitely go back when around and would recommend this to everybody to do also!Dear DavyDS, We are glad to read your review and recommandation about Le Petit Phare! Our entire team do his best every day to satisfy the guests, cooking the best products at your view, with the opened kitchen area.We really appreciate to know that we will serve you back in the future!Best regards,The Managers

All dishes looked picture perfect and for the most part tasted equally good. The fried part of my starter was certainly the least dish on the day. The rest was just great. All in all easily the best of 7 restaurants I visited in Anduze ( and the others weren't bad at all ! ). The cafe gourmand was a true delight, will gladly return.

This restaurant is one of the few to choose from in Arles. It's on the main square, Place Henri Barbusse. The menus offered sounded reasonable and good, but the food was a great dissapointment. I chose a two course meal and paid a 4 Euro surcharge for the seafood main course. The seafood appetizer actually had more seafood than the main course and they described the main course as having "seches" plural when actually it had about 1/3 of a single cuttlefish. I also paid a premium for an AOC wine which was the least interesting wine I've ever tasted. I can't imagine why they have it on the menu, except that they get a good deal on it. The service was rather chaotic and the menu on a huge (6' tall) chalk board which they kept moving around the crowded restaurant. At one point one of the waiters knocked it over and whacked a customer on the head with it! Skip this place.

Carte très riche avec des plats originaux.Nous avons choisi des bruschettas tomates, courgettes et filets de rougets barbets et de la seiche à la plancha, le tout était exquis.Serveuse très souriante. Nous reviendrons.

The seating is confortable, the staff are friendly and very proffessional. We dinned a la carte prices are reasonable and the quality exceed the expectations. The fillet de boeuf was perfect. We were the last group to leave around 23:30 never a hint of hurry up! All in all a place worth looking for.
