We had two dinners at this restaurant during a recent visit to Poissy. It is a family run restaurant and the staff were very welcoming on both occasions. Extensive menu and some staff speak English. Very close to the Poissy railway and bus stations.

Friendly staff and nice interior. Lovely deserts, the main course, pork filet mignon and mashed potatoes was good but a little bit bland and not very filling. The place was busy so I'd go back and try it again, maybe I just made the wrong choice on the main course.

We are welcomed with a big smile once we opened the door. We ordered grilled entrecote (medium cooked). The entrecote was crispy on the outside and juicy inside. I could have more of it. As stated in the menu, the paella needs to order 24 or 48 hours ahead, so we did not try it. But from the photo, seems very delicious. If we speaks better French, we may try it later.

If you are in area, this is a great, if not the best, option. The couscous is delicious. The couscous grains are extremely fine. Portions are large and there is a good amount of variety including the classic tagines and couscous. I've tried making making couscous at home and, given the price, this is a much better option. I believe they also do take-out.

We recently spent a night in Maisons Lafitte and wanted to take friends to dinner who liver there. They recommended the Caffe e Cucina, and boy was that ever a great choice! Right on the old berg's main dag, the CeC boasta few tables outdoors on the very wide sidewalk - not an option before Christmas. The restaurant is not very wide, but it is larger than you think, leading deep into the back of the building. We were taken to a nice table in the second section of the railroad-style establishment, right across from the pizzaiolo. Our server was very attentive and prompt and very pleasant. I'd often heard that the French, especially waiters and hotel staff, and particularly the ones in Paris, were a bit, well, snooty with tourists. There was absolutely none of that. He couldn't have been nicer. Ok, our two friends were locals and frequent patrons, as well as having a friend who worked there, and I speak a little French, but in any case the service couldn't have been better, truly. My husband had salmon - large chunk! - with polenta cooked into golden browned blocks, amazing. I'd never seen something exactly like that before. My friend's steak tartar looked great and she said it was - huge portion, too. Her husband had a steak - all good. I had a pizza and it was ok, veggie variety and it was loaded with fresh veggies, but on the whole, not really the best pizza I've ever had, not even second best. I'd live to go there again, but would not have pizza again, but one of the other dishes. We also had dessert; my chocolate souffle was divine, simply divine! Lea's 'croquant' was enormous, and looked delicious. It was great, reasonably priced food. I can highly recommend this. Just not the pizza

This newly refurbished Italian restaurant is the closet you'll get to authentic Italian cuisine in the area. We went with friends in the evening and were seated at a table by the entry to the kitchen. It was noisy with waiters dropping and clanging plates and cutlery all night. I will remember to ask to be seated away from the kitchen next time. The owner was friendly and Italian! We ordered the Carpaccio and the grilled veg with truffle oil as a shared starter. I ordered a grilled "Bar" with vegetables for my main. For dessert, Profiteroles. No complaints. The food was very tasty, fresh and well-seasoned.The décor is modern Italian but not overly so. For evenings and weekends, book in advance and ask for specific seating away from the kitchen or the round table on its own at the front of the restaurant.

We normally stick to local food styles when on holiday but were pleased that we gave this restaurant a try.The seafood linguine was excellent and also the lasagne.Excellent service at good prices.
