Close to the sea, this small restaurant offers nice Italian food. The owners are trying to respect the authenticity of that cuisine and they do it well.Hope "la carte" will be renewed on a regular basisThank you for the comment. The "carte" is regularly changed, according to the purchases of chef Paolo

Terra Mia: before being a restaurant it's the family, love of fine dining and above all a passion for our native land: Napoli!
Excellent food, great atmosphere, and a large choice of Wines. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

We went to a previously visited restaurant but as they did not have pizzas, which our granddaughters' were hoping for, we chose Il Pirata. And we were glad we did. The staff (probably a husband and wife team) were unhurried in their approach, allowing time to both choose and digest the meal. The pizzas were obviously made on the premises and cooked in a pizza oven, or on a stone. Those that had them had high praise for them.I had turkey escalope in a marsala sauce with spaghetti which was very nice. The decoration at first appears to be a little dingy, but on closer inspection, it is quite detailed and we had fun spotting the various pirate themed additions.Would recommend, especially the pizzas.Clean toilets.

Great thin pizzas with paper lite edges and great toppings. Good selection of Italian wine and fab service from friendly staff. All round one of the best restaurants in Lorient!

Stumbled upon this little Italian restaurant and ended up returning for a second visit. The atmosphere is charming and the service is leisurely. We had the tastiest pizza we had in a long time on the thinnest, most beautiful pizza base - almost filou pastry like in texture. The pizza looked too large when they arrived but thanks to the base were not heavy at all. The second night we opted for lovely pasta dishes. From our seats next to the pizza cook we were able to watch how the cook achieved the thin pizza bases, and the speed at which he worked.Desserts were equally lovely and fresh. Should we ever return to Lorient we would certainly visit here again.

Well thought we'd give this a try and the hotel we were in wasn't very nice. We thought the guy services was great, helpful and spoke a little English. The food was awesome, would recommend the food and the service. Thank you for a very pleasant evening.

This was our first visit to this restaurant as our normal restaurant was shut. I will definately return. We got a nice welcome despite being a group of 6. Menu is varied and will suit lots of tastes. We had crepes and pasta between us and everyone was happy and the prices were very good compared to other restaurants we regularly eat in.Bonjour,Merci beaucoup pour votre visite dans notre établissement. Vos commentaires nous ont fait plaisir. A bientôt

One of the best meals I've ever had, the staff were very friendly as everyone tried to understand each other, very little French here but the lady at front of house had very good English and accommodated us even though we didn't have a reservation, what an experience of taste and good food, we would recommend this restaurant if you want good food good wine and friendly staff.
