The service at this village square cafe is good. There is plenty of choice in the square but this cafe serves a better menu than others. Sometimes closes early and unfortunately does not serve food every night. A nice sunny spot for morning coffee.

What to say, this is a little restaurants with seats in the garden, rabbits and chickens running between the tables. The food is fantastic, it's like being invited to someone's home. We have eaten there twice and each time we were very happy with what we got. The prices are very reasonable for Provance standards and the quality is outstanding. The serivice is unbelivably friendly and welcoming, despite our very poor French the owners made an effort to translate the menu only for us which is something I have never came across before. The chef occasionally brings the food to the tables as well and is extremely friendly and easygong, All in all this is a place we will always return to while in Provance, you need to try it!

Very nice food. Large portions. However felt we were given the worse table on the terrace. The French always save the best tables for locals. Still worth another visit. A great experience as always. Very friendly snd personal reception. This is the kind of an excellent * restaurant where you can order just a beer as aperitif when you feel for it. Very relaxed athomsphere. We are always impressed about the phantasy of the entire meal, depending of the season. The sommelier is a big plus; we like when he challenges our habits and presents wines we never knew about. Very good price/ quality ratio. Can someone explain why they donât have two stars?Year after year with constantly improving art of cooking

This is an honest two persons family restaurant, with somewhat dessicated galettes, somewhat tasteless cocktails, good salads, and good ice creams. Very agreeable location on a oh so typical village square in front of the Mairie, good for families, children, dogs. Very nice and chatty service.

Wonderful lunch on the terrace under the canopy of the trees next to the water fountain on a clear sunny day. The food was terrific and not just for the truffles, as each dish was beautifully prepared with superb sauces. There were four menus to choose from and the difference essentially is the type of truffle. The black truffles are more expensive by about 45 euro per course, but they are just delicious. It would be an error of judgement to just go for the cheapest 78 euro menu. We opted to have one course with the black truffles and this overall menu was 125 euro each. There was also an option to switch some of the menu items with the ultimate extravanganza menu at 195 euro. We did this and it was a great idea. I changed the caviar belini for the foie gras in pastry. The foie gras with the truffles in pastry was simply delicious. Fortunately it wasn't a big serving but is was fantastic and the sauce was full of flavour. The highlight of the house is the truffle on a slice of potato. We opted for the more expensive black truffles for this dish and we were so pleased with the outcome. There was also a delicious creamy sauce. Doesn't sound exciting and words cannot describe how good it was. Everything was cooked to perfection and it was delicious.Next came the lobster. Again a terrific tasty sauce. The desserts were also very enjoyable, and the pre-dessert of a creme caramel with truffles I really enjoyed. We also noted other diners adding a pinch of salt to their dishes and we followed suit. Really brings out the flavour but go easy. I would ceretainly recommend going for the expensive black truffle option for the potato dish. Don't plan on doing anything for the rest of the day and maybe even the next day. We couldn't finish the caviar dish and the staff packed it up for us to take home. Same with the little dessert cakes. 330 euro for two with an inexpensive 80 euro chablis.Great experience.

Nous sommes un restaurant traditionnel, nous proposons des produits frais et de saison, tout est fait maison ! Homemade cooking! Welcome!!
We had a very nice dinner, I wasn't too hungry so choose the tuna fish starter salad. It was excellent with the fresh tuna cooked to perfection. My wifes fish was also perfectly cooked, one of the best she has had in France.

Chez Lizza is more than a pizzeria. They serve local dishes as well and their foie gras was absolutely fabulous. The chef gives you quite some personal attention, bit too much according our taste. The restaurant is quite small, looks bigger from the pictures. The dessert was reasonable but slightly disappointing detail was that they forgot to take the cardboard off from below which raised the impression it was bought outside in stead of made in 'artisan' way like they promoted. All in all, good food and good quality, but a bit too much presence of the chef.

It was restaurant week in France with many restaurants participating in the 2 for 1 offer. This was one of the participating restaurants. We were given a table on the terrace as requested, and given the special menu for the offer. 4 starters, of which we would receive all 4 (2 of each), a choice of 4 main courses and 4 desserts, all for 35 Euros for both of us. Fantastic value. The food was superb - foie gras on toast with fig jam, chopped salmon and cucumber in a sauce in small glasses, thin smoked ham with shaved parmesan cheese, and pieces of cheesy pizza, all for starters. We oth had the beef fillet which cut like and dream and tasted just as good. Only very minor criticism, it wiuld have been nice ot have just a few vegetables, and less french fries.I had a gooey chocolate fondant, and my husband a gaspacho of pineapple with ice. All very very tasty. Good bottle of Brouilly, plus water, and we left feeling great. Would highly recommend this place.
