Had a lovely meal after a day's sightseeing at Versailles. Scallops and the best salmon linguine we'd ever had - the presentation of the Seafood Platter was wonderful.Despite us looking somewhat dishevelled and having poor French , we were welcomed and received great service.

Un repas très agréable. Les plats sont excellents et suffisamment copieux. Tout est fait maison. La patronne est chaleureuse et serviable. Le prix est très raisonnable.

We had many very good meals whilst holidaying in Fr ance over the last 3 weeks. This was the only one that hugely disappointed. What was totally. Unacceptable was the massively overcooked vegatables. The asparagus was floppy and totally overdone, the cauliflower watery and overdone and even the cod was strangely tasteless. The style was supposed to be Provençal but no peppers no onion and no aubergine, avoid!Oddly enough whilst veggies overdone, cod and prawns only just cooked.

As so many others have already testified, this is an excellent restaurant. Corinne can charm almost anyone. Her husband does a great job, making traditional South-Eastern dishes even better by close attention to detail and hints of creativity. The wine list is exemplary. The interior as well is the exterior is stylish, well maintained and adds to the overall experience.The great minus of the restaurant is price. With some research, you can find a similar level of entertainment for a significantly smaller amount of money. The great plus is being one the very few restaurants open for Sunday lunch in the area. I'll come back for that and for Corinne's smile.Dear Vijgeblad,I'll always keep my smile for your pleasure because It's just a pleasure to see you having a good time in our restaurant.I amn't agree with you for the price, we only work with fresh food, cooked right in the moment and you know, I'm sure, how expensive It is to buy good quality. Visited on a lunchtime whilst in viry on Business. The staff are very friendly and the food is superb. I had the saint-Jacques with pensive and they were cooked superbly. The cafe gourmande desert is highly recommended also.

Longtime I have not been over l'auberge du loup and as my best friend was visiting me for the Christmas period .We decided to give it a try.First the restaurant is very pleasant and has a great atmosphere. Feel relax and would be perfect for date , small groups and for people who just want a quiet nice restaurant.The food was delicious , great quality dish. Basically you have two menus with some selections .At the first sight you may think there is not a lot of choice but actually that's perfect because is enough to select and the dish are really good.Is better having less choice but stunning flavours.My gf mentions that it look like a Michelin but way much cheaper.I would definitely recommend it and I spent a great moment and my friends as well . We will come back. Great address and great dinner thanks for the meal

Just off the A12 from Paris to the South of France, Au Menil is as close to eating with a French family as a restaurant can get. Madame will give you a warm welcome, Monsieur is a knowledgeable, experienced chef with enough creativity in him to surprise you and the grandchildren are in pictures on the wall. You will enjoy the menu and the prices as well as the carte des vins, offering solid and reasonably priced variety. Even our tiny grandchild felt the warm atmosphere and behaved like a little princess, which is not her habit.
