We came across this place through a local person. This is a little beautiful restaurant in an old traditional house, very cosy with a funny wonderful host. The food is homemade pizza in the oven and French cuisine. Once you enter you feel at home. Warmly recommend this place of its own kind.

After spending our dinners in France either throwing away 25+ euros per person (before the wine) or eating a baguette-and-cheese at the hotel room, this was a refreshing change. We shared a salad and each ordered a pasta. Don't expect any culinary delights - these were merely good, and the 4-star review is because the entire dinner cost 36 Euros. The owner was friendly and welcoming, and even recognized us a day later as we crossed him in the street. All in all, don't be concerned about this place's low overall ranking. It's a good budget option to have dinner in St.Martin.

Visited for the 4th time today, food was as good as ever. Not sure how they dropped down to number 2. I wouldn't eat anywhere else, except when they are full.

In an old stone building the Roberi family can welcome you in winter by the open fire, in Summer on our shady terrace.A traditional cuisine, with fresh trout from our "vivier".
This is an excellent restaurant in a pretty town deep in the Alpes Maritime with great service and a lovely terrasse. We had the 25 euros menu with lots of choice and they will make specially for vegetarians - we will goback later this week!

I really recommend this resto to everybody who will go to visit St Martin Vesubie or Colmiane. It is situated at the down of the village. It is owned by two gentle ladies. Food is superb based on the fresh n seasonal ingredients. You will feel home away from home. It's a small resto but really superb. From service to food everything was perfect. Hats off to the ladies for their organisation.

We had a late lunch here (all day service) after we visited the Alpha wolf park and were pleasantly surprised. Food is good, nice portions, well-presented, not too expensive, service is good and atmosphere is log cabin-like with an open fireplace. Kids are welcomed and there is space for them to wander or sit and play in the lounge area. Definitely recommend you eat here if you are in the Boreon/St. Martin Vesubie/Colmiane area.

Pick a table on the cobbled streets and enjoy thick and greasy hamburgers or rather healthy salads. Informal atmosphere.

We had lunch here while visiting Le Boreon and the close by animal park. Probably it is best to reserve, but we were lucky as we arrived shortly after the lunch crowd. The restaurant offers a very nice setting in the mountains and has a great menu, if you love French cheeses and charcuterie. Please note that the location is wrong on the maps that I have seen, the restaurant is actually on the same road as the lake and the animal park, but you have to pass the lake/park (there is a sign at the road right at the entrance to the animal park advertising the restaurant) and drive a couple minutes further up the mountain.

This place is packed, and it's obvious the staff feels stressed, but they are still very professional and attentive to clients keeping their smile.Food is made from fresh ingredients and good.I would have loved more vegetarian options. There was some mushroom pastas, but after asking a little bit more about it, I was informed there was some meat juice in the sauce. The only vegetarian alternative was some pesto gnocchis but as I am allergic to potatoes, I couldn't try them. My only option was a pizza which is not really what I wanted to eat, but it was fine.Water straight from the spring is always nice.Deserts were really tasty.
