This restaurant is by the marina and should have a good outlook but it is bland and uninviting and in the evening quit dull . The outside of the restaurant is also unimpressive. But inside the service is very good, the maitre de very helpful and the food very good as is typical of the Normandy Coast. I had the best oysters at â¬11 per half dozen and a very good entrecôte to follow .Give it a go,you will not be disappointed.

For a "local" restaurant in a beach town like Luc-sur-Mer, du Beau Rivage wasn't too bad. It's just there was a lot of room for improvement. The service was a bit slow (even by what you would measure a French restaurant's casual demeanor by) and superficial. The food was prepared in a manner that could be described, at best, as mediocre ... nothing was wrong but nor was there anything to describe it as impressive.Hello,What a lot of word to say nothing.Sorry for your impression, we try to do our best in a 2 stars Hotel Restaurant.Kind regardsPh. We were looking for a bakery to get a sandwich, we were in a hurry, but alas nothing (it's August, it's France, nothing open between 12 and 2) and then we found this little gem.such a wide choice and variety, ready to go, freshly made, and so yummy. Perfect if you're driving through or just want to grab something and sit on the beach. We loved it.

One of those high quality family restaurants where they truly care about quality of food and time their customers experience. I think it is impossible to be disappointed with this place because everything is filled with care. Food is delicious especially crepes, for example pepper/beef or scallop ones. Service is just beyond friendly. After my 4 lunches there, I will really miss this place!!!!

We stumbled upon Les Gourmands Disent on a truly wild afternoon in September 2018, that needed at least two people to deal with the door in the wind! It proved to be an excellent refuge. We received a warm welcome - the service was prompt and friendly, and the crepes are first rate, with an almost bewildering choice of both galettes and crepes. It is very close to the beach and there is public parking outside: whilst the latter was easy in September, it probably is not in high season! In the round, a most pleasant experience, which is strongly recommended for a stop off or if in St Aubin

The Logis Hotel Saint Aubin is a charming establishment where the elegance of the place rhymes with the kindness of a staff constantly at your service. During your stay, you will be able to contemplate the sea from your room with sea view, have a drink in
We have eaten in this restaurant in the past and enjoyed good food and service but there seems to have been a change of management and my recent visits have been very disappointing. Things started going wrong when the "hostess" came to take our order. My French is not good but I get by in restaurants but I didn't understand what she said, her reaction was to complain to the other staff that we couldn't communicate with her a waitress came along to deal with us in English. I am not one of those who thinks that everyone should speak English but in a resort with a very high number of British visitors it shouldn't come as a surprise if guests do not understand everything! Most of the food was good although portions were small and some of the combinations of flavours were a bit strange. After the initial language problem everything else went Ok but my partner's starter was served in a broth but no spoon provided and the service was not what we would expect of a restaurant of this kind. This was our last meal out on our holiday in France and we had been looking forward to something special but were disappointed, We had a similar experience with this restaurant the previous year but decided to give it a second chance, but never again

We ate in here twice whilst staying up the coast in Bernières-sur-Mer. It was well worth the walk in both occasions. The food was good and the portions were very generous. It was good value too. Would definitely recommend eating here.

We arrived late in Bernieres-sur-Mer and found As de Trefle by following the signs in the village. We had their menu du jour (menu of the day) which was an appetizer, starter, main course, and dessert. The service was quick and kind - we knew only a little French, but the staff did their best to explain the food in English :) All together a delicious meal and in a very nice setting with attentive waiters. BTW, if you're a cheese lover, you've come to the right place... ;)
