Stopped at Marcoux on the way back to our campsite for the second time. What a fantastic find! Real wood fired pizza for £10 ea!! Very enjoyable and by 20:15 there was a queue as all tables were taken by French families. Glad we did not read the reviews first as they do not reflect the quality unless there are expecting fast food pizzas which this is not. A 75cl carafe of vin du table is â¬7 and very drinkable as you should expect. We will be back for visit 3. Merci.

Soirée moules frites du 12 juillet 2019 ..Moules pas cuites , pas de goût, personnel débordé pourtant 40 couverts maximum pour 4 serveurs et serveuses.Addition salée en rapport avec la qualité des moules frites 13,50 euros à titre de comparaison dans biscarrosse menu à 14,50 avec moules frites .. entrée plat dessert

Most of the restaurants open at 7pm in Parentis but we found this little snack bar which is fine if you have hunger children that canât wait for 7pm. They do basic food like goats cheese and honey or chicken and cheese paninis, burgers and fries, ice cream crepes and drinks. Pleasant to sit outside too on the quiet street. 25 euro to feed 3.5 of us.

We did not stay at this hotel, but did use the restaurant. Service was very friendly and the food was adequate, if not as spectacular as some in this area, that said, the Landes Salad that we had for starter was very good.

Well we like foie gras. And duck. Luckily!And we weren't disappointed here - we ate extremely well, ate too much, and paid a great deal less than we would have paid in London for a similar meal.We'll be back!

By 15⬠each we ate a really nice salad and one of the best cannard I've ever tasted. The waiter and the chef did their best to understand our Spanish-English. Very quiet and confortable place. Por 15⬠cada uno comimos una estupenda ensalada y el mejor pato que he probado jamás. El camarero y el chef fueron muy amables y atentos e hicieron lo posible por entendernos. El sitio es muy tranquilo y agradable.

We just arrived from Spain. So good to eat French food again ... great flavours and presentation; prompt service and varied menu. The table wine is great value and they have a selection of beers. Le Gascon burger ... oh my, delicious. The duck was delicious too. Happy!

Visited this restaurant to experience a true French restaurant based the TA reviews.Exceptional food, wonderfully presented. Also great value at 28 euros for a three course meal!Kids menu is limited, no burgers or pizza here! FRENCH restaurant but with a vegetarian starter and main course (also labelled as veggie which is rare and helpful as the menu is hard to read).Very sleepy town when we visited one evening but the restaurant was packed, not with tourists but locals which is always a good sign.We needed to download Google translate as the menu is all in French and the waiters speak very little English. Great place for quality food and to people watch.
