Very nice food : simple and delicate in the same time. All types of foit gras, maigret du cannard very well prepared. Pasquale she is a very good cook and it was not expensive at all. You have the best chance to eat all delicates very fresh as they are comming from their own farm.

Located in the outskirts of Allevard, this restaurant offers lovely food in a nice cosy setup. The staff is very friendly. Plenty of car space outside.

Service efficace et rapide, les plats ne traînent pas. Lâaccueil est aimable, les 2 jeunes femmes sont pros. La carte est courte et bonne, pas besoin de plus. Toilettes impeccables. Ne changez rien.

Came here at 9pm without a reservation but were seated straightaway. The waitress was incredibly friendly and polite, with a great sense of humour.The setting was chic but the music was a little bizarre. Thankfully it was at a reasonably low volume so we weren't too bothered.Waiting time for placing our orders and service of the food was rapid, which we appreciated since we were starving. The food was of incredible quality and generous portions. I went with the "menu de parc" and the faux filet was cooked to perfection. Excellent dinner; we highly recommend this restaurant.

To be perfectly honest this review may not be 100% objective for the following reasons:We arrived past 2pm looking for food and were the only clients so waiting time may not be indicative of normal periods.We were starving so we would have eaten anything and everything. We were starving so we would have eaten the table itself if it wasn't going to kill us.That said.The service was really friendly and the food was absolutely delicious - truly it surpassed our expectations to be honest. The fries and potato wedges were crisp and not soaking in oil. The burger was smashing and the portion was generous. I chose an ostrich steak and it was cooked beautifully; for an extremely lean meat to be served tender and juicy takes skill!Don't be fooled by the kitsche appearance of the restaurant, the food and service is better than one imagines.

Super petit restaurant rapide, en bas des piste, belle terrasse ensoleillée, accueil chaleureux, excellent hamburger végétarien, frite maison délicieuses. Service rapide.great little restaurant, right at the botom of the slopes, nice terrace in the sun, warm, warm welcome, very tasty veggy burger, amazing home made fries, fast service.

Sunday evenings out of season are always a bit of a challenge restaurant wise in France. We found La Marie-Jeanne with a makeshift open tonight sign, obviously to take advantage of the half-term visitors. We had a good selection of savoury crepes followed by some sweet ones, all very tasty and generously filled. Service was friendly and attentive. We didn't venture far on the menu as had tired children needing their beds. Seemed busy and popular. Would certainly come back for something off the full menu.
