Great atmosphere, great service, and super foods. Traditional foods of Britany area and some Normandy thrown in too. Nicely plated and great taste. Located in a small square up the hill from the tourist spot in St. Goustan. Get away from the tourist places and eat traditional foods with the locals.

We first ate at this restaurant five years ago when we first visited Auray, and have always wanted to return. It is situated halfway down the hill that leads to the harbour, with seating on the pedestrianised road outside.Food is very reasonably priced with one course for â¬10, two courses for â¬14 and three courses for â¬17. The adults had a main course each - beautifully braised veal with dauphinoise potatoes and veg, and hake in a spiced coconut sauce, served with rice. It was like very good home cooking. This was followed by two good espressos. The kids' menu comprised a main course and desert for â¬7. Our two little people chose the ubiquitous chicken goujons and chips. The chicken was beautifully cooked and sliced up. The chocolate mousse was delicious. Two good meals here - we hope to return again someday!

We discovered this place purely by accident. Although regular visitors to France this was our first visit to Auray and the very attractive St Goustan. Someone described it as the most authentic Breton creperie experience that you could have and I have to agree totally. We have a holiday home in Brittany and have had many crepes, non better than here. I have never seen as many people turned away or a que form outside waiting to get in to a creperie but I did today. Visit and enjoy !

Some pizzas don't have much on them ! These really do !If it's nice weather you can eat out side otherwise there is a room upstairs. I ate in the 1st day and went back to do take-away 2 days later. Merci beaucoup !

It was veryconvenient for the Cellic Hotel, and recommended by them. The menu was good and the service very friendly.

We used TripAdvisor/ The Fork to book this restaurant for 1200hrs on 10th May. We subsequently received a confirmation & reminders from The Fork. Despite this we discovered after driving some distance in the rain, that the restaurant is closed until June. There were other angry customers standing in the rain as well.Very poor performance!

Our first visit to this place and it exceeded our hopes/expectations. Good position with plenty of off road parking. Friendly helpful greeting with helpful level of English. Good menu choice with well prepared and presented meals. Carafe wines good quality and reasonably priced. It was busy when we went but not noisy. Comfortable space make it an easy place for all ages. We will definitely return!.

Quite nice discovery with some friends. Short, simple menu of French Traditional recipes at a very fair price (compared to what you find on the coast). Example : veal kidney, guinea fowl, poached eggs in red wine sauce, steak tartare ...Tasty, well presented, fast service. Very nice selection of French wines (organic and natural) at a fair price too. Deserts could be improved though. I will be back to taste some more.

Excellent food, brilliant service, lots of nice touches - amuse bouche, trou Normand and little something before dessert. Great bread and butter. Huge wine list.
