Bellacitta is an Italian restaurant hold by italian people, cooking dishes and pizzas in the Italian tradition! All products are selected from small producers and imported directly from Italy without any intermediary.
A group of 12 cyclists descend on a restaurant, everyone hungry and ready to eat after a day-long journey. Plenty of parking space for our two oversized vehicles. Tables are pulled together and weâre seated within minutes. Pizzas and pasta dishes quickly ordered, and soon everyone has received (a) what they ordered and (b) plenty of it. Generous portions of really well-prepared food, chosen from a varied menu. The service was great, and with a smile. The restaurant is very traditional inside, but is housed in a modern commercial unit - it felt like an American strip mall interpretation of an Italian restaurant, which sounds like a criticism but isnât meant as one. Good food, good service, good value

Nice place, unfortunetly worst service ever. Not coming back. We were a group of 10, spent 500â¬, but service not up to one could espected for any bar. They would take long to serve and waitress gave the feeling we were botherîng when ordering drinks. Not coming back ever.Dear BrunoWe spend the biggest part of our time managing the staff, listening our clientele, et doing our best so as to be professionals and aware in case of error. But we had a long feed back of what happened this night with the waitress & bartender concerning your table. Yes thats true you spent almost 500 euros during the evening and we deeply thank your nice group offering shots and fun when you lived the place. So why were you joking and having fun with the bartender if you think having faced the "Worst service ever"?? The thing who happened in between the waitress (who's doing her best for such a hard job by night) and you is that she gently asked you to catch beer by your self directly at the bar because she was already busy bringing more than 10 pints in the same time. I spent my whole life in pubs and think this kind of situation happen everynight in every pub of the world. We're a pub, we invite our groups to leave the place as friends more than clients, but going directly at the bar never had been a crime for anybody. Not a question of money the client spend.

Not for the first time, we found the restaurant closed at our Ibis hotel to the north of Nantes. After a long journey, we would have preferred not to have made the effort to go out to eat. But, the receptionist at the Ibis wanted to be helpful - perhaps embarrassed at the restaurant being closed on a Friday evening. She recommended a restaurant at La Chapelle sur Erdre, no more than 8km from the hotel, perhaps less. On arriving, we had a look around and decided that L'archipel looked a better bet than the place that had been suggested. It was. We chose the three-course menu at 22 euros and really enjoyed it. The starter of a salad of betterave and sardines was as tasty as it was pretty. The main course of veal was also well presented and very satisfying. The dessert, a cream-decorated chocolate mousse maintained the standard as far as looks were concerned, but, would have been better if the chocolate had been more intense. The wine by the glass was good. The owner and her assistant were friendly and professional. We would be very pleased to go back.

We were staying at Hotel De La Regate. It was Friday night, and without reservations, we could not get in to the restaurants closest to the hotel. We looked up TripAdvisor for the best recommendation in the area, and Le Bouquet Garni came up only 10 minutes away at La Chapelle-sur-Erdre. The hotel called the restaurant and they were happy to accommodate us.Once at the restaurant, we realized our luck. This was a great find! The host and owner, Noelia, was extremely friendly and hospitable. And, to our delight, she spoke English and Spanish as well, which helped us make a better decision in our meal. They took our daughter's order first and had it at the table shortly after we (the adults) decided what we were going to eat. This was very attentive and great service. The dishes were delicately presented and delicious at a very good value. The Salmon appetizer was very tasty!

I was staying next door in Hotel du parc (cheap, quiet, clean, friendly, free wifi) and had dinner here. Food was excellent (fois gras followed by magnet de canard). Manager (or owner?) spoke perfect English (which she offered to do in response to my French :) Expensive perhaps by French standards but well worth it.

Family friendly. They know how to handle huge groups. Very happy with the service and food! The restaurant is located next to a big grocery store and nothing interesting to see or visit. Otherwise it would be impossible to reserve a table for 12 ppl!The whole team thanks you for your return and hopes to see you again very soon at the Peau de Vache. We wish you a good day.Best regards

'Le chateau le saz 'in la chapelle sur erdre, small village located at less than 15 minutes from main city Nantes, is able to welcome you for your seminars, meetings, evenings, family lunches, or for all kinds of events, professionals or privates, for sma
From day one the experience with this establishment was tarred by rude customer service and unhelpful management. On one occasion we were asked to leave because they were too busy to talk. We had already paid a deposit and were still made to feel like second class citizens. We were given a terrible option for desert (one you would get in a nursing home) and food was given to our guests without being asked beforehand how they would like the meat cooked. We wanted to have a square table but we were told this did not exist for the past 15 years. Upon arrival we saw the room next to ours with square tables!!!! The only saving grace was the waiter who was at all times a pleasure and very professional. I had my wedding reception here and because of my wonderful family and friends I enjoyed myself....no thanks to the chateau.
