In a warm and illuminated atmosphere, Pierre offers creative cuisine using the seasonal products nature has to offer. From May 2007, a spa and well-being centre.
I now stayed a few times in hotel de la Marne and had dinner in their restaurant La source de sense and both the stay as the food has been outstanding. De hotel offers very nice rooms with superb service. The food can compete with Michelin star restaurants. They offer several menu's as well as a la carte dining and was never dissapointed. The wine list is extensive and offers more than enough choice.

amazing food, great personnel and cozy atmosphere. Can't wait to go back. the prices are cheap for what the restaurant is offering
Prima plek en terras om er âs morgens een bakje koffie te drinken. De bediening, een jonge vrouw was uiterst netjes en voorkomend en alles stond vlug op tafel, top plekje.

The food served here is wonderful. WONDERFUL! I am not a major foodie but I have been around enough 2-3 star restaurants to feel confident that when Michelin reveals in February, the only question is "2 or 3". My personal tastebud-highlight was the lobster starter(s); pure umami. Every dish and amuse-bouche was spot on. The wine suggestions were perfect. So I like the food. But I LOVE the restaurant for it's unpretentious welcome. I arrived for lunch with a semi-starving 12-year old, and I feared the cuisine would be too advanced for his taste. Ha! The Maitre saw his expression on seeing the menu, and asked him what he likes to eat. An hour later, my son confessed to having enjoyed the best "chicken and mashed potatoes" of his life. He spoke of it with the same amazement that I'd use in describing the lobster above. L'Arnsbourg and the friendly staff gave us a memory to cherish for a long time. The two dining rooms are delightful: floor to ceiling glass that overlooks the field, creeks, and hills of the valley. We'll be back for more in the spring - Mama needs feeding too :)Thank you so much for your great message. We are happy that you've had a wonderful time in our restaurant, and that you've enjoyed your meal.We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you soon for another occasion.Kind regardsLaure & Fabien Mengusand all the team

Daily dinner menu with 4 dishes, including cheese and cake, good quality, and nicely presented. Very cute environment, with 3 rooms all differently decorated, inviting you to take pictures. Got different fish dishes definitely all very well cooked and tasty. Service could improve, they forgot bringing the wine even if they put it on the bill, and was a bit difficult to get the waiter attention also to ask for the cake.

This small restaurant is very nice, and everything about it indicates first class. The menu was exciting and diverse, and we ordered the preferred wine with each entres and plates. The wait staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. However, unlike the glowing reviews, I would rate my experience as a 8/10. The portions were very small, and the overall experience and food my wife and I had was better at Hotel Le Moulin's restaurant (just a few blocks away).the evening before. Maybe we tried the Les Cygnes restaurant on a night the head chef was not in residence? Both Hotel Les Moulin and Les Cygnes Restaurant are places I want to visit again

Though it seems to be a real treat to stay in a hotel with its quaint Michelin rated restaurant, the experience for us is disappointing. If you do not speak French or German, think twice about visiting this high priced restaurant.Dinner is served from 7:00 to 8:30 pm. The restaurant is open sporadically, sometimes on different days for lunch and/or dinner and space is limited. The menus are written in German and French and the staff do not speak English adequately to provide explanations. It is impossible to understand the menu fixed prix options, and other than understanding the primary meat in each course offering, details are obscure. There is a list of daily special items, but knowing what they are or how they fit into the food plan remains a mystery. The hostess is able to provide a minimal and basic interpretation of the menu, but forget about finding out what the items are that are served between courses. As each flight is presented, the waiter explains what he is serving in French, despite knowing we do not speak the language. Though the mushroom ravioli with sautéed liver is excellent, the stuffed squab is chewy and blandly seasoned. My wife has sea bass that is cooked appropriately but over salted. Desert is excellent. There is a descent wine list, without which the dining experience for us is a waste of our time and money.

We had lunch here on a Wednesday; the restaurant soon became crowded with locals soon after we arrived around noon; service was good and friendly enough even though it was obvious we were tourists; no complaints here unlike other reviewers; the spaghetti was homemade but the tomato sauce had a little bit of a strange taste; the spaghetti pesto came in a carbonara-style cream sauce; we had never seen a pesto sauce like this before but it was tasty; we noticed that quite a few locals were eating schnitzel and French fries; portion size was very good and prices are a little below average; the food was clearly not authentic Italian which is the case with many Italian restaurants outside Italy; eating here was OK but itâs not a restaurant we would go back to; thereâs a large parking just behind the restaurant.

Had dinner with a colleague here during a stay in the area. Ratings on tripadvisor sent me here, And I was not disappointed! Atmosphere was great, the room was full on a Tuesday evening. The staff were efficient, polite and almost unnoticeable, which is a great plus. The menu contains only a smaller number of dishes that all seem to be put together from local ingredients. The food we got was perfectly cooked, presented and delivered, as well as the recommended wind.A really great meal at a reasonable price, given the high quality!
